ATELIER LUDWIGSBURG-PARIS je roční vzdělávací program pro evropské producenty a distributory. Přednášky jsou vedeny respektovanými profesionály.

HOW TO APPLY
The Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris is aimed at European graduates from film schools or other relevant courses of study. Applicants should already have acquired some professional experience in the film industry to serve as a foundation to this intensive and specific training course on film production and distribution from a European perspective. Candidates should be under 30 and must have a good knowledge of either French or German.
Applicants must submit 6 copies of the following documents in German along with their application:
Application form
- Curriculum vitae (schematic format - typed)
- Letter of motivation: please indicate why you wish to participate in the Atelier programme, and the career path you envisage after Atelier (max. 1 A4 page)
- Portrait of a (real) producer (max. 2 A4 pages)
- Description of a film released during the last 24 months which impressed you (max. 2 A4 pages)
- Proof of eligibility for university study
- Proof of completion of degree course
- Proof of at least 6 months professional experience in the film industry and at least 4 months experience on set (internships etc.)
- Proof of sound knowledge of English (e.g. TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate, time abroad)
- Optional: 2 minutes of film on DVD (excerpts, samples of work, montages)
German applicants should send their applications to the Film Academy in Ludwigsburg, French applicants should submit their applications to La fémis in Paris.
Applicants from other EU countries may submit their application to either La fémis or the Film Academy, depending on their language skills.
If their initial application is not successful, applicants may make submit one further application to participate in Atelier.
The deadline for applications for the course 2013/2014 is on May 31st 2013 (Filmakademie and La fémis).
