Baltic Event Co-Production Market

Baltic Event je nejdůležitější každoroční přehlídkou hraného filmu z Estonska, Litvy, a Lotyšska. Počínaje prvním ročníkem 2002 Baltic Event přitahuje rostoucí počet filmových distributorů, nákupčích, festivalových selektorů a novinářů.

Největší trh v regionu: 30. listopadu - 2. prosince 2011.

Project criteria:
• full-length feature film with potential for theatrical distribution
• national support in place
• potential for international market
• projects from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania are accepted

Special conditions:
 participation includes an accreditation fee of 35 Euros
 no submitted materials will be returned to the sender
 once a project is selected, the producer should be present during the market
 finalized films must mention their participation at the market in their credits
 official language is English
 submission of the project is considered as acceptance of special conditions

Requested materials for submission:
• completed application form (can be downloaded from http://be.poff.ee/index.html)
• synopsis (1 page) in English
• treatment in English
• screenplay in English (first draft)
• director's note on aesthetics and structure (1-2 pages)
• biography/filmography of the director
• biography/filmography of the producer
• production company profile (max. 300 words)
• budget outline in English
