Go Short - International Short Film Festival Nijmegen

Go Short se koná každý rok a zaměřuje se na krátké evropské filmy. V Nizozemí je jediným festivalem, který prezentuje výhradně krátké filmy.
Go Short každoročně představí řadu krátkých filmů, ale hlavní program tvoří soutěže pro evropský animovaný, dokumentární, experimentální, hraný, nizozemský a studentský film. Kromě toho nabízí tematické sekce, které se věnují různým aspektům krátkého filmu, sekci pro studenty i profesionály, výstavy, večírky a další program.

Více než 200 krátkých filmů, tematické sekce, workshopy a masterclasses: 13. - 17. března 2013.

International & National Competition
The International Competition consists of shorts from all genres that have been made in Europe. The films are eligible for the Go Short award for the best short in four different categories: animation, documentary, fiction and art film. The National Competition is a selection of 20 films made in the Netherlands, from which the best film is awarded with the Go Short award for best Dutch short. All selected films are also in the running for the Audience Award.

Breaking Shorts: Student Competition
The Breaking Shorts Student Competition consists of short films from all genres, made in European film schools. The best film is awarded with an Encouragement Award, and all films are eligible for the Audience Award. This year we will be handling the student submissions ourselves, so you can send them directly to Go Short.
