Film entries can be submitted in Main Competition / Student Etudes Competition / Documentary Film Competition / Music Videos Competition / Feature Debuts Competition.
The Documentary Films Competition Image of the World - World in Images is organized under patronage of Discovery Networks Central Europe. Its aim is to recognize a documentary film as a creative interpretation of the reality. Putting an emphasis on the visual and aesthetic aspects of a work, the organizers evaluate the best achievements in the field of cinematography, awarding the authors of photography of the competitive documentary films. From this year on we have divided the documentary competition into two independent categories:
- short documentary films - up to 60 minutes running time
- feature-length documentary films - more than 60 minutes running time
The authors, producers and distributors are invited to submit the films to the selection. Submitters should read the rules and regulations, fill in the entry form, and send in the required materials by October 15, 2010.
