Luxfilm is an independent Estonian film studio founded in 2005 for young passionate film makers to give them an opportunity to experiment and create breaking the boundaries of conservative and commercial film making. Luxfilm has produced several short films, documentaries, commercials and one feature film. Luxfilm’s most recent short films „Black Peter“ (2008) by Priit Pääsuke and „Shift“ (2010) by Anu Aun are both nationally and internationally the most awarded Estonian short films of last years. Both films have also been chosen by Estonian Film Critics Association among 5 best Estonian films of the year to compete with full-length features and creative documentaries for the prize of Best Estonian Film of the year. Luxfilm is currently developing three films: a creative documentary „Conversations in Non-existent Space“ and two feature films: „The Polar Boy“ by Anu Aun and „Mud in Your Face“ by Priit Pääsuke, which will be co-produced together with Allfilm. Since mid 1992, when LUXOR was established, its activities have been geared towards the production of feature films and TV series, documentaries, commercials and music videos. The company has produced a range of film projects and TV series, many of them recipients of Czech or international awards. The TV series produced by LUXOR have been very well received by audiences. As for the advertising agencies, since the launch of its activities LUXOR has acquired a very good reputation with them, thanks to its reliability and long-term cooperation with the leading representatives of all film professions. LUXOR is one of the founding members of the Audiovisual Producers´ Association and its headquarters is located in Prague, in the Barrandov studios.

MDOX is the yearly industry meeting for the Swedish documentary scene consisting of master classes, work in progress sessions, film screenings and a pitch for Swedish broadcaster SVT. ma.ja.de. is one of the few German production companies to make documentaries that for years now have won international film festival awards, and proved themselves worthy of cinema acclaim and worldwide sale. Since 1991 the company has been been involved in a number of successful collaborations with many renowned directors from both Germany and abroad. They include Sergei Loznitsa, Pirjo Honkasalo, Vitali Mansky and Thomas Heise, who are among their respective countries‘ most famous documentary filmmakers. Between 2004 and 2008 ma.ja.de. produced more than 20 documentary films. The latest production Revue by Sergei Loznitsa had its premiere in Rotterdam this year and was shown in 15 international film festivals since. In Cracow Revue won the Golden Horn Award for the best documentary.

Macedonian Film Fund was established 2006 in order to provide comprehensive funding for the Macedonian film industry in its cultural and economic aspects as well as to further develop the traditions of Macedonian cinematography. Formed by the Government, the Film Fund is a legal entity under the Film Fund Act and its registered office is located in Skopje, officially begun working in 2008. Film funding aims at supporting the development, production and distribution of Macedonian films, which have a potential to likely achieve audience approval and international recognition, thereby enhancing the quality and cultural identity of Macedonian film productions, but also improving on economic viability and overall autonomy of Macedonian cinema.

The Macromedia University for Media and Communication (MHMK) offers practical courses covering all the essential aspects of digital and analog media production and management. The focus at MHMK is on developing skills and building character. All the professors are extremely dedicated to working with students on their personal and professional development.
