The Netherlands Media Art Institute, Montevideo/Time Based Arts has set the goal for itself of promoting the wide development, application and distribution of, and reflection on new technologies in the visual arts. The Netherlands Media Art Institute supports media art in three core areas: presentation, research and conservation, and through its facilities provides extensive services for artists and art institutions. Associated with this are educational programmes, which are developed for all activities and which are designed for various target audiences, including the general public, secondary schools, professional art training and specialists such as artists, art historians and curators. The programme comprises among others workshops, expert meetings, awards, lectures, symposia, etc.

MORAG LOVES COMPANY founded by director/producer, Barbara Doran is based in St. John’s, Newfoundland and has been producing film and television for the past twenty five years. The Company is an internationally experienced production house specializing in documentary and drama productions, including the Gemini winning mini-series "Random Passage". Some of the Company’s most recent productions include “Love & Savagery”, directed by John N. Smith, a co-production with Kevin Tierney of Parkex Pictures (Good Cop, Bad Cop); Mary Walsh's "Young Triffie" a co-production with Cinemaginaire (The Barbarian Invasions). The company is currently producing the comedy feature "Surfing in Newfoundland" directed by Eric Tessier and co-produced by Cirrus Communications (C.R.A.Z.Y.) And Morag is teaming up once again with Denise Robert’s Cinemaginaire to produce Mary Walsh’s road warrior comedy, “Marg, the Movie”. On the documentary front Barbara is in post production on “Playing the Machines” (CBC) and Rob Blackie as producer and the Company is in co-production with Josh Freed on another documentary “Forget It!” also for CBC filming to begin February 2009.
