Új Budapest Filmstudio was founded in 2001. The owners – who were among the crew of the Budapest Filmstudio – have already participated in the making of a dozen feature and documentary films. Our films have been selected and are still participating at all the important film festivals around the world as Montreal, Toronto, Berlin, Chicago, Karlovy Vary, Tokyo. Our main fields of activity are: the development of film scripts; production and distribution of feature films and documentaries, experimental and short films, commercials, TV plays, co-productions, post-production studio, talent casting (Hungarian actors from Romania, Yugoslavia, Slovakia, Ukraine), organising festivals. Our recent works: Eastern Sugar (2004) feature film by Ferenc Török (presented in festivals as: Locarno, Sevilla, Cottbus, Rotterdam, Moskow etc.), Dallas Pashamende (2005), feature film by Robert Pejo (festivals: Berlinale –awarded- , Verona –awarded-, Aubagne –awarded-, Karlovy Vary, Tokyo, Graz, Troia, Sarajevo, Sochi, Calcutta, Bogota, Sao Paolo, Rio de Janeiro, etc. ) Both films were awarded at the annual Hungarian Film Week. Now we are shooting two films: Romacop, a Hungarian feature film by Gabe von Dettre and The Trap, a Serbian – German – Hungarian feature by Srdan Golubovic.

The UK Film Council is the lead agency for film in the UK ensuring that the economic, cultural and educational aspects of film are effectively represented at home and abroad. We invest Government grant-in-aid and National Lottery money in film development and production; training; international development and export promotion; distribution and exhibition; and education. The UK Film Council’s main initiatives: 1/ The Development Fund with 12 million over three years to support the development of a stream of high quality, innovative and commercially attractive screenplays. This fund is the largest of its type in Europe; 2/ The Premiere Fund with 24 million over three years to facilitate the production of popular, more mainstream films; 3/ The New Cinema Fund with 15 million over three years to back radical and innovative filmmakers, especially new talent, and to explore new electronic production technologies; 4/ The Print and Advertising Fund of 6 million over three year period; 4/ The Print and Advertising Fund - 6 million, distribution support; 5/ The Digital Screen Network - 11 million; 6/ International - international strategies for development

The UK Jewish Film Festival screens films that are based on Jewish issues and culture. The festival wants to contribute to a positive image of Jewish life; to be a forum for exposure to a diverse range of films of Jewish interest; to promote cultural diversity; to build bridges with other communities, and to explore the diversity of Jewish life and identity.

UK Screen Association is the trade body which represents and promotes over 140 service companies working in film, commercials and television in the UK. We provide a central point of focus, gathering and representing the views of the sector to government, broadcasters, studios, manufacturers and any other interested party.

Ukraine Film Office is an industry-sponsored non-profit organization intended to serve as promotional body for Ukrainian film industry abroad. Our aim is attaining wide recognition of Ukraine as an international film production and service centre. Ukraine Film Office provides information on every aspect of filmmaking in Ukraine. In 2009 Ukrainian Film Office starts a program of providing private equity to the co-productions on competitive basis.
