EAVE Ties That Bind will bring together 10 film producers from Asian and European countries. Each producer will be selected together with a feature film project in development and will work with leading industry experts from both continents during the two workshops. Amongst a range of issues, sessions will focus on script development, co-production between Asia and Europe, financing in the two regions, marketing and promotion, and the legal aspects of co-production. The workshop participants will work together as a group, as well as through individual consultation, and will have the unusual opportunity to get to know each other very well with the object of forming long term creative and business partnerships and networks. The programme will culminate in Busan in October 2013 with meetings between the participants and leading Asian and European funders and sales agents during the Asian Project Market.

The independent association éQuinoxe Germany was founded in Berlin in spring 2001 and understands itself as an ambassador and supporter of German–speaking filmmakers on an international level. éQuinoxe Germany, since 2001, is in charge of the pre–selection of German–speaking script projects for the international screenwriters' workshops. The Film Business School - Latin America is a four-day project based workshop on financing coproductions between Europe and Latin America and the legal structures related to these processes. Explore the roles of the Producer, Production Manager (UPM) and Assistant Director (AD). You will scout locations, break down a feature film script, create a production board, shooting schedule, “day-out-of-days,” and film budget.

During the camp, through an interaction with the local community, 20 students from all over the world will shoot four documentary films. The film camp is designed for students of production, directing, cinematography, sound design and editing who already have previous documentary making experience (at least one documentary project) and who are fluent in English. In addition to practical filmmaking, there will be three workshops which involve the topic of production and directing of documentaries and which are organized by film lecturers both from our country and abroad. The Encounters Programme is organized in cooperation with embassies of the countries involved in order to present their specific music, film, dance, poetry, traditional food, etc. The organizers provide food, accommodation, film materials and equipment (Mini DV).

Kino Praha is a non-profit organization founded by young, enthusiast film makers in 2011 and is part of the world wide network of the “Kino” movement. The main objectives of Kino Praha include organizing Kino Kabarets and international film seminars, lectures, conferences and film screenings, establishing cooperation between Czech and international film organizations, training courses, attending international youth exchanges, and also short-term and long-term volunteering projects with the audiovisual theme etc.
“Kino Kabaret” is a film making workshop lasting several days, which gathers film makers from all over the world to create short, low budget (or no budget) films. Under one roof you will find amateur and professional film makers with diverse professions, nationalities, ages and gender all creating films with almost no financial means! The emphasis is on effort, creativity, enthusiasm and having a healthy dose of fun. Which is made possible by mutual help and exchange of ideas in a non-competitive environment.

Every month Kino5 offers young and independent filmmakers the opportunity to project their films on screen. At these screenings, filmmakers, DOPs, musicians, sound engineers and the audience meet to exchange ideas and start new projects...
Once a year they host KinoDynamique: Austrian and international filmmakers meet in Vienna to produce and project short films within 60 hours.
Throughout the year Kino5 organises workshops and air a 30-minute TV show on Okto.

kino5 Vienna and FILM e.V. Jena would like to invite you to the first KinoKabaret (=KinoDynamique) in Jena, Germany.
The theme will be `Global Dimensions´. And the slogan is `Do well with nothing, do better with little, but do it right now´
There will be three sessions of 60 hours each, with screenings on the 26th and 29th of September and on the 2nd of October.
After the last screening on 2nd October there will be a final public event, which is planned to be a common ground, open for discussions among the filmmakers, the organisers and the audience.
