EETT is the National Regulatory Authority which supervises and regulates the telecommunications as well as the postal services market.

The European Film Companies Alliance (EFCA), founded in Brussels in September 1995, is a non-profit organisation with a scientific and artistic purpose. It aims to bring together European entrepreneurs active in film production and distribution. It is an essential platform for information exchanges and business networking. EFCA considers that the following key issues are central to its mission: to promote European cinema within Europe and in third countries; to encourage a sustainable and competitive European film industry; to facilitate and improve access to EU grants and capital for the sector; to prepare for the emergence of the digital market place; to stimulate European co-production; to liaise with film bodies, associations, film professionals and European authorities; to raise awareness to the key issues at stake in the European film industry; to function as a network for exchanges and co-operation.

The East Finland Film Commission functions as a single point of contact for local, national and international productions. EFFC promotes East Finland as a production location, provides information, offers flexible services and practical know-how in the field of film production.

EGEDA (Entidad de Gestión de Derechos de los Productores Audiovisuales) is a collecting society that represents and defends the interests of audiovisual producers in Spain.

The European Institute of Cinema Karlsruhe is an independent institute affiliated with the Staatliche Hochschule für Gestaltung (HfG - Academy of Creative Design). The objective of the institute is to mediate contact between up-and-coming film professionals (film school students or graduates) and established European filmmakers, in order to enable their professional and artistic development. The institute runs the European Subsidy Program for Young Film Professionals (ESP Program) which gives young filmmakers the opportunity to work within the film industry, and refunds their internship expenses.

Established in 2002, Ekofilm is a civil association that co-organizes, promotes and supports Ekofilm - International Film Festival on the Environment and Natural and Cultural Heritage.

The Emilia-Romagna Film Commission was established in 1997 in order to facilitate access and operations of audiovisual productions in the region. The services are offered free of charge; the commission provides contacts for organizations, institutions and individuals; offers assistance in finding possible locations and in dealing with bureaucratic formalities and finding logistical solutions.

EMSE - Hellenic Union of Composers and Songwriters

Equity is the only Trade Union to represent artists from across the entire spectrum of arts and entertainment. Formed in 1930 by a group of West End of London performers, Equity quickly spread to encompass the whole range of professional entertainment so our membership includes actors, singers, dancers, choreographers, stage managers, theatre directors and designers, variety and circus artists, television and radio presenters, walk-on and supporting artists, stunt performers and directors and theatre fight directors.

Eremo s.r.l. specialises in project management in the cultural heritage sector at national, European and international level. The company deals with the design and management of research projects to enhance and exploit cultural and scientific sites and resources and improve access to them. In addition, Eremo s.r.l works on a number of research projects for the restoration and enhancement of the 'Eremo of the Grotte'.

Founded in 1998, the Erich Pommer Institut provides practice-oriented research, academic teaching, industry training and media consultation, consistently applying the latest observations and findings from the film, TV and music industries to a wide spectrum of fields. These include issues of media law (e.g. copyright and licensing law) and media economy (e.g. film financing and the trade in TV formats) as well as for instance the legal and economic aspects involved in media convergence.

Estonian Animation Union

The Estonian Association of Film Journalists was established in 1993 and joins approximately 30 film journalists, who strive to popularise film in Estonia. The Association is a member of the International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI). Each year, the Association selects the best Estonian film. Film journalists also give their award at the annual Black Nights International Film Festival in Tallinn, which takes place in November - December. The Association coordinates the participation of Estonian film journalists in international festivals and appoints candidates to the international FIPRESCI juries.

The Estonian Film Foundation (Eesti Filmi Sihtasutus) was established in 1997 by the Government of Estonia as a private legal institution with the task of financing Estonian film production; establishing and developing international film contacts; promoting Estonian films at home and abroad; supporting the training of Estonian filmmakers and audiovisual professionals; creating and maintaining Estonian film databases. Estonian Film Foundation represents Estonia at international film festivals, markets and organisations. Estonia is a member of MEDIA Plus and European Audiovisual Observatory. As of January 2004, Estonia also joined Eurimages.

Estonian Film Producers Association 

Established in 1962, the Estonian Filmmakers’ Union is a non-profit organization and a creative union of professional Estonian filmmakers. There are 160 members in the Union and they represent different professions in filmmaking – screenwriters, directors, producers, cinematographers, actors, art directors, editors, gaffers etc.

The Estonian Institute was founded in 1989. Its activities are supported by the Ministry of Culture the majority of projects are funded by a number of different sources. In its foundation, the Institute followed the model of various organisations which have been successfully introducing and mediating the culture of their countries for decades (e.g. the British Council, Swedish Institute, Danish Cultural Institute, Goethe Institute). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a long-standing partner as regards the publication and distribution of the information materials about Estonia. In addition, the Institute has had a great number of co-operation projects with several other institutions from the public, private and third sectors.

Since 1999 the Film Archive has been a structural unit of the National Archives of Estonia. The Filmarchives acquires film-, photo- and audio documents of archival valu, ensures the preservation of record, and ensures the access to records.

ETV has maintained an archive since 1955 in which broadcasts of unique aspects of Estonian culture are held.

Ethnogeographic Research Foundation is a nonprofit organization, established and run by Vlad Ketkovich, Producer. Its major priorities are: · Documentary films production (for Television and independent). · Promotion of geographic and ethnographic knowledge through Mass Media, lectures, exhibitions, etc. · Preservation of cultural heritage of peoples of the Russian Federation and the CIS nations and the world. Since 2005 Ethnogeographic Research Foundation (Ethnofund) has produced more than 20 documentaries (most of them with Russian State support), that are broadcasted on Russian TV channels. Ethnofund has won a number of prizes and diplomas at different Cinema and Television Film Festivals. Starting from 2010 Ethnofund is looking for foreign partners and works with international co-productions. Company’s ambition is to bring Russian directors and Russian stories to international TV and film market.

The Eurasian Academy of Television & Radio (ЕАТR) is a non-profit professional organization established in 2001. Currently EATR comprises 577 individual members from 25 countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Australia, Bulgaria, Belarus, Canada, Czech Republic, China, Estonia, Germany, Georgia, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, France, USA. The main goal of EATR's activity is to promote the international cooperation of TV сompanies and professionals throughout Eurasia and worldwide. EATR continuously supports the initiatives and develops its own programs in the sphere of mass media, science, culture, education and law. One of the most outstanding projects of EATR is Eurasian Teleforum in Moscow which embodies its goals and missions. Since 1998 it has become a traditional meeting of International TV professionals. Many years of its activity formed the structure of professional cooperation and interaction in today's world.

The principal objective of the Euro-Bulgarian Cultural Centre is to support the development of cultural life in Bulgaria through links with European structures, values and models.

Europa Cinemas has become the first cinema network with a mainly European programming. The network provides a financial support to cinemas that commit themselves to the programming of a significant number of non-domestic European films and to the organisation of promotional activities concerning European films for young audiences.

The main task of EAO is to create transparency in the European audiovisual sector, and to provide information services for audiovisual expert.
