Activities of the Film Archive include special storage, maintenance, preservation and restoration of films and audiovisual material of Slovak production, and in accordance with regulations of the International Federation of Film Archives FIAF , it also restores a selection of significant films of foreign origin. The Archive is administered by the SFI as a significant part of the Slovak cultural heritage and state-protected national property. The materials owned by and collected in the Archive can be lend to film professionals and educational establishments according to the Lending Rules.

Film Center Serbia (FCS) is an institution based on the achievements of the highly respected Film Institute (1963-2004). FCS was established in 2004 under the Ministry of Culture, with the aim of strategic development and reconstruction of the Serbian film industry. FCS was established: • to creatively stimulate and administer financial support to Serbian cinema on behalf of the Ministry of Culture of Serbia, through annual competitions for screenplay and project development, film production and postproduction. • to create a legal and administrative framework for the development of film industry and therefore facilitate the necessary transformation of film industry and culture while upholding the standards of the European Union. • to allow for the distribution and copyright enforcement of the cinematic cultural heritage. • to create better conditions for the professional advancement of all structures that make up the Serbian film industry. FCS represents Serbian films and film industry at all major festivals and markets – including Cannes, Berlin, Venice, Toronto, Rotterdam, Karlovy Vary, Locarno, Pusan etc.

Established in 2005, the Film Commission of Ciudad de la Luz is the institution promoting the locations and the audiovisual industry in the area of Alicante and it is connected with all administration, institutional agencies and companies and professionals associations within the audiovisual sector of Valencian region.

The Turin Piedmont Film Commission offers various services to film and TV production companies: location scouting, discounts, incentives, support in negotiations with local institutions, information about local service companies and professionals, etc.

The agency offers information about the region of Galicia, infrastructure, local professionals and organizations, legal and funding issues.

Film Distributors' Association Ltd. (FDA) is the trade body for theatrical film distributors in the UK - the companies that release films for UK cinema audiences.

Film France is the first stop for foreign production companies and individuals preparing to film in France. A network of 34 local film commissions throughout the country offers free information on locations, crews, labour rates and facilities. Film France provides assistance with contacting appropriate agencies regarding immigration/work permits and filming permits, as well as information regarding labour rates, studio facilities, post-production facilities and suppliers.

The principal aim of the Serbia Film Commission is to promote and develop Serbia as a cost-effective, high-quality, competitive destination for international filmmaking, and to provide information and support to international filmmakers considering using Serbia for their productions.

Film Location Switzerland provides information, professional contacts and other services to production teams that want to use Swiss locations.

Film London is the capital's film and media agency. We sustain, promote and develop London as a major international film-making and film cultural capital. This includes all the screen industries based in London - film, television, video, commercials and new interactive media.

The Film Programmes has been established with a view to creating a unique space for the following activities: screening, lecturing, workshops, lending, distribution, publishing and promotion including exhibitions connected with the film culture. It is likewise envisaged as a place where one can see both classic as well as contemporary world films, find film literature, connect with the world and promote Croatian cinematography. The distribution of Film Center programs throughout Croatia and especially University centers has also been planned.

Film3 was founded in 2001 in Lillehammer. Film3 wants to be a dynamic force within the Norwegian film and TV industry through the support of young filmmakers, digital technologies, utilization of local expertise, and through Nordic and international alliances. Film3 wants to facilitate Norwegian and foreign filmmaking in the region.

Filmarchiv Austria was founded in 1955. Its collection contains around 60 000 film titles, 600 000 photographs and film stills, 10 000 film posters, 15 000 books, a variety of magazines, screenplays, literary remains of important filmmakers and a large collection of film equipment. Besides the accumulation of new titles and their preservation, the archive also aims to make its collection more accessible to public.

The FFA's mandate includes enforcing measures to promote German cinema and to improve the structure of the German film industry, to support the national economic affairs of the film industry in Germany, to improve the foundations for the distribution and market-driven exploitation of the German cinema at home and its economic and cultural distribution abroad as well to work towards an alignment and coordination of the film support measures by the Federal Government and regional states.

Filmitalia was created with the aim to promote Italian cinema abroad and to boost the distribution of Italian films in the international market. Operating with the support of the Italian Ministry of Culture, Filmitalia plays an important part in the promotion of Italian audiovisual industry in the world. Filmitalia cooperates with major international film festivals, markets and distributors, and maintains a comprehensive database that provides information on Italian films, film companies and other institutions.

FilmJus Hungarian Society for the Protection of Audio-Visual Authors´and Producers Rights was established on 16 December 1996. FilmJus has the exclusive mandate to undertake the distribution of royalties of simultaneous cable re-transmission and blank tape levies for domestic and foreign rightholders (directors, cinematographers and film producers) and the collection of such foreign royalties from abroad.

Filmkontakt Nord (FkN) has since its establishment in 1991 by the independent Nordic short & documentary film community been dedicated to the advancement and promotion of Nordic short films and documentaries internationally. The organisation has four main objectives: information, marketing, networking and the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge and know-how. During FkN’s more than 10 years of activity, it has established itself as a unique central source of information and expertise, catering to the needs of the Nordic independent short film and documentary community, and meeting the demands of the International Marketplace. FkN’s main function is to serve as a common Nordic platform for a stronger production and distribution network within the Nordic countries and a visible united exposure internationally, joining a strong cultural profile with a driven and future-oriented industrial perspective.

FFC is the global conservation organisation for the film and television industry. Essential to the success of FFC is the diversity of its members and supporters. To be truly effective our organisation needs support and input from the entire film, television, conservation community and all interested parties. We aim to: inspire, educate, motivate new audiences to actively participate and support conservation.

The Filmmuseum is Holland's museum for cinematography. The museum's collection of films covers the whole of the history of cinema from the very first silent films, dating from the late 19th century, up to the latest contemporary digital productions. This internationally renowned collection, to which many Dutch and foreign titles are regularly added, is the source of inspiration for the museum's film programmes, exhibitions and events. Every year, there are major thematic programmes examining the history of film and contemporary cinematographic developments. In addition, the museum organises open-air screenings, festivals, theatrical family shows and retrospectives. The Filmmuseum houses the largest film library in the Netherlands. The museum also acts as distributor of classics and contemporary, independent films. The museum has a collection that includes 46,000 film titles, 35,000 posters and 450,000 photographs.

The Munich Film Museum was established in 1963 as part of the Münchner Stadtmuseum. It runs its own cinema, collects and restores films that are significant in the context of German and international film history, and it functions as a centre of scholarly research.

The Canary Islands Film Archive is dedicated to the protection, preservation and promotion of the film heritage. The archive is active in three areas: 1 Collection of films and film-related materials that are relevant to the region of the Canary Islands; 2 Preservation and documentation of films, the archive has currently approx. 1,500 titles; 3 Exhibition of films that have a high aesthetic quality.

The Andalusian Film Archive was established in 1987 from the initiative of the Cultural Division of the Andalusian Government. The task of the archive is to research, collect and exhibit Andalusian film heritage. The archive also cooperates with other similar institutions, organizes film screenings and offers other services both to experts and the public.

The task of the Catalonian Film Archive is to promote and protect film culture along with all other significant audiovisual works and related materials.

The Spanish Cinematheque was established in 1953. Its mission is to collect, protect and research Spanish films and to raise public awareness about the Spanish audiovisual heritage. The archive maintains an extensive film collection which is the focus of the institution. Currently, the archive holds an estimated 70,000 films, 35,000 film titles, approx. a half of which are Spanish productions. Apart from its film deposits, Filmoteca Española also has a large collection of film-related materials, such as books, posters, photographs and technical equipment.

Filmoteca Vasca / Euskadiko Filmategia was created in 1978. The task of the Basque Film Archive is to carry out research, documentation and preservation of audiovisual works by Basque filmmakers.
