The Georgian National Film Center (National Film Center) is a legal entity of public law under the Ministry of culture, monuments protection and sports founded on the basis of Georgian law On State promotion of Georgian National Cinematography dated 5 December, 2000 and enacted in April 2001. The objective of the National film Center is to provide and coordinate state support to the existence and development of Georgian cinema; to facilitate production and distribution of Georgian films by the funds earmarked from the state budget and other sources; to integrate Georgian cinema into the global filmmaking process.

The Goethe-Institut (GI) (Goethe Institute in English) is a non-profit German cultural institution operational worldwide, promoting the study of the German language abroad and encouraging international cultural exchange and relations. The Goethe-Institut also fosters knowledge about Germany by providing information on German culture, society and politics.

The commission works to promote Gotland as an attractive film location with excellent technical and professional infrastructure.

The Greek Film Centre functions as a public liability company that belongs to the broader public sector, is supervised by the Ministry of Culture and subsidized by the state. Its structure, powers and operation are regulated chiefly by Law 1597/86 for the protection and development of the art of film and the support of Greek cinema and by Presidential Decree 113/98. The aims of the Organization are: the protection, support and development of the art of film in Greece, and the presentation, promulgation and promotion of Greek films both at home and abroad. The Greek Film Center organizes film screenings that cover a wide range of film genres. GFC gives priority to the support of Greek films while Filmcenter's main program will include selected quality films from global cinema. Emphasis will be given to reviving the children's program Cineac and to after-midnight screenings.

The Greek National Council for Radio and Television (NCRTV) is an independent administrative authority that supervises and regulates the radio/television market, founded in 1989. It is a seven-member body, consisting of a President, a Vice President and five members, all appointed by the Greek Parliament.

The Greek Producers Association of Cinema and Television (PACT) was founded in 1973. It represents production companies that handle roughly 90% of the annual turnover of commercial films production in Greece.

The Grierson Trust commemorates the pioneering Scottish documentary maker John Grierson (1898 – 1972). Each year, the Trust recognises the best documentary filmmaking from Britain and abroad through the Grierson Awards. Since 1968, GSFA has been uniting professionals and friends of this art form throughout Switzerland. It has more than one hundred members whom it provides with a national and international network. It furthers the creation of works and helps to distribute them, defending, among others, the specificity of animated film before political authorities and distributors, offering training or furthering exchanges of experiences and techniques. Through its various actions and services, the group allows this particular kind of cinema to find an access to public: annual competition in Solothurn, Service Festival, film tours, etc.

The Guild of British Film and Television Editors, GBFTE, is an association of editors in the British Film and Television Industries. The Guild's aims are to: raise the profile of the skill and craft of editing; encourage suitable and effective training for those wishing to take up editing as a profession; provide a forum for the discussion of technological development and innovation within the profession; secure co-operation from other professional bodies in the film and television industry, both nationally and internationally.

The Documentary Film Centre is an independent institute that is an interface of practical experience and research and which, in addition to archival and academic functions, also performs consulting and mediating functions. Its mission is the gathering, research and support of German and international film and television documentation.

The Hellenic Audiovisual Institute is the national applied research organisation in the field of audiovisual communication in Greece, established in 1994. IOM is a legal entity of Private Law, supervised by the General Secretariat of Communication. IOM is thoroughly engaged in carrying out methodical research-projects concerning, mainly, the audiovisual media: Radio, Television, Cinema, Multimedia and New Technologies.
