Network of Promotion and Export Organisations from 32 European Countries. A key European promotion organization, EFP was launched in 1997 with 10 founding members and has since become a leading international promotion organization in Europe. With an extended membership of 31 organisations, representing 32 different European countries, EFP has throughout the years sought to address the critical issue of improved marketing and promotion of European films.
The network promotes European cinema through its joint initiatives and, at the same time, respects and encourages the individuality and richness of each national cinema of Europe.
EFP’s mandate is three-fold - to increase the visibility of European films at key international film festivals and markets via the presentation of high-profile press, industry and public events, to design initiatives at selected festivals and markets which offer European filmmakers greater access to the international marketplace, and to promote and support Europe’s up-and-coming filmmaking talent.

Fantom is an online film magazine that promotes non-commercial and non-academic approaches to writing about film. It is devoted to both past and contemporary forms of cinema, and welcomes all new theoretical incentives related to various audio-visual forms.
During its five years of existence, Fantom has been published in forty nine monthly issues, some of which came out as special monothematic editions centred around one topic.
Since 2009 Fantom will be published in two distinct formats — while the weekly issued film magazine (http://blog.fantomfilm.cz/) monitors selected events of contemporary Czech and world cinema — the bi-monthly published special editions are going to present longer papers that deal with one phenomenon as seen from a greater temporal and critical distance. Some of the special editions will be devoted to selected national cinemas, e.g. Hunagarian or Japanese.
