Film Distributors' Association Ltd. (FDA) is the trade body for theatrical film distributors in the UK - the companies that release films for UK cinema audiences.

In cooperation with the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the Austrian Foreign Ministry, we organize this conference, dealing with different subjects (economy, transport, security etc.) concerning the future creation of a Danube Cluster. Production company

Established in 1996, FILM FACTORY is engaged in the production of audiovisual works. Representative activities in 2005 included production of the TV series Tucet '04 in co-production with STS Markíza.

Film Festival Cottbus is a leading festival of East European Cinema. Itincludes the annual representative overview of current feature film production in the whole of the East European region (countries of the former Eastern Bloc), it is internationally unique regarding the scope of the programme and diversity of countries, quality and topicality of the film selection, it has a clearly structured programme with a concentration on feature films, including short feature films and children's films.

A Film Festival with a quite unique topic - the Film Festival of Fine Arts. The Festival is more than a competition of films, it offers high level fine art exhibitions and cultural events that are connected to the festival. Discussions about fine art, film and the relation of these two different arts. A meeting place of creators, critics, art lovers and their friends.

Filmfestival Türkei / Deutschland first took place in 1995. It is a competitive event organized by InterForum in cooperation with the City Council of Nürnberg and the Robert Bosch Foundation with the aim to support and promote multicultural film art. The program includes feature, short and documentary film competition.

The main pillar of the festival is the international competition of feature and animated films for children and youth. The international competition of European debuts has been successfully running for several years and the latest additions to the festival programme included Zlinsky pes (The Zlin Dog), a series of events for students of film. The competition of documentaries for youth, retrospective and informative sections or competition of feature films from the Visegrad countries have long ago become integral parts of the festival programme.

Film File Europe is about the European film business - what's being funded, produced and distributed, who makes it work and how to find them. The site is aimed at those with a professional interest in films- producers, distributors, exhibitors, sales people and researchers. It is based on a dynamic, growing database of primarily European productions, production companies, distributors and funders.

Production company

Film Fokus is film and video production company based in Niš, Serbia. It was founded in 2004 by producer, director of photography and director Jovica Krstić. The company is mostly producting documentary films and TV shows in Serbia as well as in co-production with Anakiev Production from Slovenia. Mr. Krstić has worked with following directors: Miomir Stamenković, Zdravko Šotra and Dimitar Anakiev.

Film Foundation RWE & Barrandov Studio was established in 2006 with the aim to support Czech audiovisual production.

The Films from the South Festival was initiated in Oslo in 1991. The festival annually presents a selection of features, documentaries and short films from Asia, Africa and Latin America. It is Northern Europe's leading festival dedicated exclusively to these three continents. The main goal is to boost interest for films from these continents and provide openings for regular distribution in the market. Primarily funded by the Norwegian Foreign Ministry and the Municipal of Oslo, the festival is organized in cooperation with the Oslo Municipal Cinema and the Norwegian Film Institute. Directors, actors and producers from the three continents have the opportunity to present their films to Norwegian audiences and press. Norwegian Film and TV distributors are available for appointments throughout the festival.

Film France is the first stop for foreign production companies and individuals preparing to film in France. A network of 34 local film commissions throughout the country offers free information on locations, crews, labour rates and facilities. Film France provides assistance with contacting appropriate agencies regarding immigration/work permits and filming permits, as well as information regarding labour rates, studio facilities, post-production facilities and suppliers.
