The aim of the French Cinematheque is to maintain the collection of film material (40 000 films, 4000 film equipment items, 1000 costumes); to restore classical films and make them accessible to public; to use the facilities of the film library for film-related exhibitions, screenings and educational projects that help to promote the art of the moving image.

In 1974 the Act on establishing the Cinematheque of Macedonia was published, as an institution of common interest of the Republic, whose task is the collect, process, preserve, protect and present the films and film materials of particular artistic, cultural, scientific, historic, and other significance, further to set up a fund of films and film materials of domestic film creation and film production, to set up also a fund of important achievements of other national film productions..

The Cinémathèque québécoise is a modern institution. Its mission is to preserve, document and promote national and international film and television heritage. It is a dynamic space in which the architecture reflects the desire for transparency and accessibility, offering an inviting atmosphere for everyone who is interested in the history, new trends, and future of film, television and new media.

The Royal Belgian Film Archive was founded in 1938 and its tasks are to maintain and preserve a collection of films that have an aesthetic, historic or technical relevance; to collect other material and documents related to cinema; and to make its collections accessible to public.

The Swiss Film Archive was established in 1981 and has the following tasks: to maintain and enlarge its collection of films and materials related to cinema in Switzerland; to preserve and restore archive materials; to provide resources and research tools for experts and the general public, etc. The archive holds approx. 65 000 Swiss and international films, posters, stills and around 400 items of historical film equipment.

Cinematik was created with the idea of filling in gaps left by the current group of film festivals in Slovakia /Central Europe/. Our goal is to create an event whose long-term strategy is a clear orientation towards young film viewers, with an emphasis on developing their „film literacy”. We are striving to become a festival which attracts the attention of wide audiences due to its unique and relaxing atmosphere and not because of celebrities and red carpets.

The purpose of Cinématou-Enfant - Animated Film Festival is to present the latest Swiss and international productions in the field of animation to audiences of all ages. The programme features a competition of international animated shorts, retrospectives and special screenings.

Cinematrix is a movie portal, becoming in one more year a definitive cinema site in Hungary, with their own TV and radio program (tv2 and Hjuventus Radio), and weekly magazine Column (Szines Mai Lap). The engine of the site is a unique database, helped by an exclusive information network and searching tool developed for that purpose, along with a movie ticket reservation system and a marketing surface.

The CinePoint company was founded in 1990. It provided service to foreign productions working in the Czech republic. Interpreters, who were at the same time formed as assistants to the different professions of film, took part in the shooting of many large productions, publicity and other short films. As one of the very few in Czech republic, it keeps a truly independent production and the rights to all the films it produces.CinePoint also provides service for film or television productions. This includes production and post-production as well as a sound service, mainly for documentary films.
