Academy of Performing Arts in Prague has three faculties: Film and TV School, Drama, Music and Dance.

ACDMC (Associació Catalana per a la Difusió de la Música de Cinema) is a non-profit organization founded in 1994. The aim of ACDMC is to distribute and promote film music. ACDMC members include both professionals and fans who share the passion for soundtracks. ACDMC publishes its own magazine related to film music (Secuencias de música de cine), organizes public debates and conferences, and cooperates with film institutions in Catalonia.

In 1993 a seasoned group of independent European producers, led by René Cleitman and David Puttnam, decided to pool together their experience and know-how with the purpose of sharing it with up and coming film producers and advancing the cause of independent cinema. With the support of a large network of industry professionals, they consequently founded ACE, a centre for training and development geared towards helping independent European producers. ACE is a one year project-based training programme. It aims to use the experience and contacts of the senior members of the ACE Network to help the newcomers develop their talent and business. At the end of the year, the producers can choose to remain members of the ACE Network (some 180 members spread over 35 countries), that acts as a co-production club.

ce & Ace was established by the two brothers Eskil and Esben Hardt 15 years ago. During this long period we have worked closely together on a large variety of film projects. Most of these projects have brought us to demanding locations, thus giving us a thorough experience in taking precise decisions regarding the production in critical situations. "Anything is possible" is a motto that we still believe in. In our productions we always focus on the storytelling with a strong visual style, making the subject matter, and making it exciting for any television audience.

Towards Berlin shows how filmmakers from around the world engage themselves thematically with the city of Berlin and the region of Brandenburg, how they establish their perspectives on the capital region, and how they form an aesthetic picture. achtung berlin seeks, in Towards Berlin, to present audio-visual finds, which deal with the emergence and development of cultural identities in the city, reflecting urban and parallel worlds of living in present-day Berlin as well as changeful history of this city. Further achtung berlin seeks to present films, which deal with the reality of the people’s life in the region of Brandenburg, its cities and villages. Eligible for participation are feature films and documentaries that feature a thematic relation to the city of Berlin and/or the region of Brandenburg - irrespective of running time and production format.
