DOCUTAH is a Southern Utah International Film Festival presented by Dixie State University in St. George. It is a new festival that focuses on independent films looking for distribution. It also encourages student submissions.

Founded in 1955, DOK Leipzig - International Leipzig Festival For Documentary and Animated Film - is the largest German and one of the leading international festivals for artistic documentary and animated films. During the Cold War, the festival was a unique place of encounter for filmmakers from East and West. DokuFest, International Documentary and Short Film Festival, is the largest festival of its kind in Kosovo and the region. It takes place annually in Prizren. It was founded in 2002 by a group of cultural enthusiasts with the aim of reinitiating neglected cinema culture in Prizren and in Kosovo.
