The festival was established in 1993 to promote works by young filmmakers from all around the world. The festival screens more than 80 short films from various countries that compete in three categories: short fiction, animated and experimental films.

GRAND OFF – World Off Film Awards is the most important event promoting independent cinema in Poland and one of the most significant initiatives of its kind all over the world. Independent cinema came into existence along with the invention of camera and it can nowadays boast numerous extraordinary productions. Thus, independent film should be held in high esteem and is certainly worthy of a more detailed attention.

graniza danmark was established in 2004 in Copenhagen, Denmark by Jacob Dammas. The company deals with audiovisual planning and production; it covers the fields of documentary film, tv concepts, and cross-media projects. Completed documentary films: “Polish Illusions and American Dreams”, 2012, 85 min; “ABCinema”, 2009, 31 min, for the Danish Film Institute’s Jørgen Leth dvd Collection; “Shape of Simon”, 2005, 25 min, portrait. Tv-concept development: “The Carpenters”, a reality show about the European labor market, 5 x 30 min for DR1 Education, 2005; ”Kultur-pålæg”, cultural talkshow, 6 x 20 min, for N-TV Copenhagen in co-production with Helge Renner Cross media: “Eric Amnesius – the Odessey of a Royal Ghost”, in cooperation with Helge Renner (in development), “Danes on the job”, for Danish labor organisation, website, 2005; “Sydhavnfilm”, internet portal for Miljøkontrollen City of Copenhagen, about local democracy, 2004. graniza deutschland is owned and run by Helge Renner, a freelance producer, photographer, director and editor. The company’s focus lies on creative documentary projects, new tv concepts and multimedia. graniza deutschland is a member of the German documentary film organization, AGDOK, the D-word, and the European Documentary Network (EDN). Completed projects: “Pommersche Illusionen”, 2012 (creative feature-length documentary), "Kulturpålæg", TV series, 6 x 20 minutes, for N-TV Copenhagen, 2002-2004: a documentary-cooking-talk show that portrayed various immigrant groups in Copenhagen. "A Messed Up Thing", 28 min documentary, 2003: The German Artes family lives in a German village, 1500 kilometers east of Moscow. Most of their fellow villagers have left for Germany while the Artes are trying to decide whether they should stay or go. In post-production: “Stranded in Paradise” (feature length creative documentary)

graniza polska is a film production company based in Warszawa, Poland that develops and produces creative one-off documentaries, as well as documentary series and audiovisual formats for the “big”, “smaller” and “mobile” screens, such as cinema, tv and cross-media interfaces. Most of our projects relate to the topic of borders in one way or another, whether being social, cultural, geographical, personal, aestetical or formel borders. Therefore international co-productions have our highest priority. The Graphic College and Secondary Graphic Art School Ltd. is one of the largest art school in CR. It was established in 1993 and since 1997 it has had international students included in its study system. In January 2001 it was given an acreditation for teaching subjects on the level of graphic college. Both graphic schools are part of MŠMT schools and they provide quality tuition and prepare students to pass the final exams, entrance university exams and of course to start their professional life.Beside the theory , the knowledge of drawing, painting, graphic, pottery,sculpturing and design skills are essential for studying there as well. Very important is ability to elaborate all tasks with using graphic computer programmes to make it effective and salable.

The Greek Film Centre functions as a public liability company that belongs to the broader public sector, is supervised by the Ministry of Culture and subsidized by the state. Its structure, powers and operation are regulated chiefly by Law 1597/86 for the protection and development of the art of film and the support of Greek cinema and by Presidential Decree 113/98. The aims of the Organization are: the protection, support and development of the art of film in Greece, and the presentation, promulgation and promotion of Greek films both at home and abroad. The Greek Film Center organizes film screenings that cover a wide range of film genres. GFC gives priority to the support of Greek films while Filmcenter's main program will include selected quality films from global cinema. Emphasis will be given to reviving the children's program Cineac and to after-midnight screenings.

The Greek National Council for Radio and Television (NCRTV) is an independent administrative authority that supervises and regulates the radio/television market, founded in 1989. It is a seven-member body, consisting of a President, a Vice President and five members, all appointed by the Greek Parliament.

The Greek Producers Association of Cinema and Television (PACT) was founded in 1973. It represents production companies that handle roughly 90% of the annual turnover of commercial films production in Greece.

Greenhouse is a unique programme for the development of documentary films aimed for Mediterranean filmmakers from Jordan, Algeria, the Palestinian Authority, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Israel, Syria, Lebanon & Turkey. Greenhouse is a yearly programme hosting 10-12 projects each round. The selected filmmakers are invited to participate in three seminars in which they will develop a full international production file and a professional trailer which will be presented in a pitching forum in front of international commissioning editors, film funds directors, producers and distributors from the documentary international market.
