Our filmography includes short and feature length documentary films selected to SCANORAMA (Lithuania), Pärnu Film Festival (Estonia), DOKUBAAZAR (Slovenia), TV documentary film by dir. Giedre Zickyte awarded for the best TV film of the year at Lithuanian National Film Awards “Silver Crane’09” and 1 short fiction film. K Film plus s.r.o. was founded at the beginning of 2008 as a subsidiary of K FILM, Studio Kadlec, s.r.o., whose founder was producer Jan Kadlec, a notable figure of the beginnings of Czech film service production. In the early 70s, with the film All Quiet On The Western Front, he demonstrated to foreign productions that Czech film makers are able to work according to the highest Western standards. Under his supervision over 150 foreign projects were completed. In the mid-90s he founded the production company K FILM Studio Kadlec which cooperated on the production of a series of foreign films. At the same time K FILM, Studio Kadlec produced such Czech films as Řad, Fany, Náhrdelník, etc. One of the two founders of K Film plus is Jan Karlec Jr., visual artist, film architect, and production designer. His credits include series of domestic and foreign exhibitions, as well as the realization of over 70 commercial spots, feature-length films such as The Damned, Shadows of the Deceased, Experts, and several TV films like Cats, That Hot Summer In Marienbad etc. The other founder of K Film plus is Tomas Rotnagl, film production manager who has also worked on dozens of commercial advertisements and music videos. Clients include Patek Philippe, Guinness UDV, Virgin One, Sky TV, Compal, Mars, etc., as well as Lighthouse Family, Mc Solaar or Monkey Business from the music industry. His film credits include local productions such as Začátek světa, Zatracení, etc., and foreign studio features like xXx (Triple X), Shanghai Knights, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Wanted, etc. He led the film crew on local feature film productions including Sklapni a zastřel mě (Shut Up And Shoot Me), Panic je nanic, Tajnosti and Bathory.
