The Giornate del Cinema Muto - Pordenone Silent Film Festival offers a wide array of classics, rediscoveries, restored films, tributes to old masters and retrospective programmes. Screenings are all accompanied by live piano, ensemble or orchestral music. The Collegium - centred on 12 young invited students - provides a unique and innovative experiment in film study. Master classes and exhibitions are also organized.

Established in 2006, the Lemesos International Documentary Film Festival is organized every August by the non-profit organization Brave New Culture and it is a festival dedicated in presenting contemporary creative documentaries in Cyprus. Since 1992, the Guilde Europeenne du Raid has been organising the Festival with the city of Dijon in Burgundy. The International Adventure Film Festival offers the opportunity to see the best national and international documentary films of its kind and meet a range of people who embody the spirit of adventure. The festival accepts documentary films (10-60min) that deal with any form of adventure, e.g. mountaineering, speleology, polar expedition, etc. The program also includes special screenings, debates, exhibitions, and meetings with travellers and filmmakers.
