Kinoteka is a meeting place for the film and its history, and to enhance detection of curiosity and creativity, to extend the boundaries of film art. Kinokatedra, special educational offshoot Kinoteky, standing in the field of film art with different parties and different approaches. Notes Kinoteky goals - the dissemination and promotion of film culture and knowledge, opening new perspectives, integration with other regional films and promote creativity.

The Kosovo Cinematographic Center (Qendra Kinematografike e Kosovës) is an institution with attributes of the central authority for cinematography. The Kosovo Cinematographic Center has targeted the implementation of policies in the field of cinematography that reflect the public interest. The Center has the competence to manage the film fund and oversees its effective use.

The purpose of the Lithuanian Film Center (LFC) is to promote Lithuanian cinematography. The website is run by the Lithuanian Film Promotion and Information Agency that is funded by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania and The Foundation of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania. The principal goal of LFC is to collect information about Lithuanian film artists and provide the latest news about Lithuanian cinema. These goals are reflected in the structure of the website with a news and events section updated on a regular basis and an ever-expanding database offering comprehensive information about people professionally associated with Lithuanian film.

Information Center contains information about makedonsckých productions, directors, actors. Part of the Web, distribution centers, institutions and festivals that are held in Macedonia.

The National Center of Cinematography (Qendra Kombëtare e Kinematografisë) operates with an annual budget of approx. 1 million euro. The unions of professional filmmakers in Albania assign their representatives to the QKK Council, a body that selects projects to receive funding. The maximum amount available for each selected project is 300,000 euro. QKK provides funding in both minority and majority co-productions. Other sources of financing are: public and private broadcasters who participate in projects with in-kind investments and promotional services.

The National Cinema Centre (Centrul National al Cinematografiei) wants to encourage and protect national film production, stimulate film making and distribution of films of artistic value, and valorise national film patrimony.

The National Film Centre of Latvia (Nacionalais kino centrs) is a state financed governmental organisation overseeing the film branch in Latvia, granting governmental financial support to Latvian films, preserving the national audiovisual heritage, promoting Latvian films abroad, co-operating with the relevant international and national organisations and organising training for Latvian film professionals.

Founded in 2001, NISI MASA is a European network of associations, currently present in 19 countries. These associations consist of young professionals, students and enthusiasts with a common cause - European cinema. Our main aims are: to discover new film talents; to develop cross-cultural audiovisual projects; to foster European awareness through cinema; to create a platform of discussion and collaboration for young European filmmakers. Our main activities are: holding an annual European Short Film Script Contest; organising filmmaking & scriptwriting workshops; holding various cinema-related meetings (conferences, seminars, etc.); promoting short films (through screenings, making of DVDs, etc.); editing publications (various books & a daily magazines produced during several European film festivals).

The Polish Film Institute (Polski Instytut Sztuki Filmowej) is the newest film institute in Europe, established in 2005 in accordance with the new cinema law, passed by the Polish Parliament. The Institute's principal task is to provide the Polish film industry with modern support mechanisms - from the development of projects and production, to promotion, distribution and circulation of Polish and European films. We support films from a concept to the screen, with particular emphasis on international co-productions. The Polish Film Institute wants to draw Polish viewers back to the theatres to watch Polish films and, at the same time, to make them worth of seeing and accessible to international audiences, particularly in Europe. The Institute welcomes all foreign partners - producers, distributors and filmmakers alike - interested in any forms of collaboration with the Polish film industry. We provide all necessary information and guidance regarding Poland, its film potential, legal regulations, locations and help to find the film professionals to collaborate with as well as potential partners for co-productions.

The Romanian Film Promotion (APFR) was established in 2003 under the name of Film Association XXI with the objectives of supporting young filmmakers, promoting European values and shaping up a new generation of viewers. The main activities of APFR include: 1/ Information: The catalogue of Romanian films and a website (www.romfilmpromotion.ro, with the future intent of a newsletter) inform about the current state of Romanian Film Industry. 2/ Promotion: The APFR organizes a Romanian booth at important film markets and festivals. Moreover, the "Shooting Romania" Brochure aims at promoting Romania as an excellent film location. 3/ The GOPO Awards: Since spring 2007, APFR organizes the annual Gopo Awards, awarded to Romanian films. 4/ Distribution: The APFR also supported the setting up of Transilvania Film, a film, video and TV distribution company for a series of select art house titles.

Skalvija Cinema Center is an arthouse cinema situated in central Vilnius. The programming focuses on non-commercial European and World cinema, both classics and recent film. Skalvija is the major venue for cinematic events – festivals, meetings with filmmakers, retrospectives, special screenings. Skalvija is also a film distributor, focusing on European film, and the organizer of various educational and training programmes, as well as festivals, such as the Vilnius Documentary Film Festival, Young Filmmakers Film Festival, Vilnius Film Shorts, etc.

Established in 1963, the Slovak Film Institute, member of FIAF and European Film Promotion, is the sole national institution in the field of cinema. It consists of the National Film Archive and the National Cinematographic Centre. The National Film Archive collects, preserves, and protects national film heritage and makes it available to the public. At the same time, it handles producers rights to Slovak films produced by Slovak national studios from 1895 to 1991 and promotes their international presentation. The National Cinematographic Centre serves as the national film promotion centre, providing complex information and documentation services related to Slovak cinema, organizing film events in Slovakia and abroad.

Slovenian Film Fund has transformed to Slovenian Film Centre on the 19th of January 2011. The Slovenian Film Fund (SFF) was established by the state for the purpose of implementing the national cultural programme in the sphere of film production and post-production, and the organization of film festivals and film awards.
