Radio Televizija Republike Srpske (Радио Телевизија Републике Српске), otherwise RTRS, is the public-service broadcasting organization of the Republika Srpska entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Founded in 1992 and with its headquarters in Banja Luka, RTRS broadcasts a 24-hour television programme as well as one radio channel known as Radio Republike Srpske. RTRS television has additionally been available via satellite since June 2007.

Rühm Pluss Null was established in 1994 by three film directors and studio has produced around 40 films, mostly documentaries, since then. Studio has its own filming equipment and editing facilities. Many young and talented Estonian directors, now enjoying international acclaim, began their road to success and made their first films in this studio (among them Jaak Kilmi, Andres Maimik, Marko Raat, Meelis Muhu, Kullar Viimne, Jaan Tootsen, etc.), while the studio keeps discovering new ones. The Austrian Regulatory Authority for Broadcasting and Telecommunications (RTR-GmbH) was established as the operative arm of KommAustria as well as the Telekom Control Commission to create a convergence regulator under the KommAustria Act (KOG) of April 1, 2001. The tasks of the RTR include the following: Definition of standard payment rates for the right to use land for telecommunication lines, assigning and monitoring the use of communications parameters (e.g., telephone numbers), administration and awarding of grants from the Austrian Digitization Fund and the Austrian Television Endowment.
The Television Fund (FERNSEHFONDS AUSTRIA) is intended to make a contribution to improving the quality of television production and the capacity of the Austrian film industry, as well as reinforcing Austria as a media location and ensuring the diversity of the cultural landscape. In addition, the grants are also intended to contribute to the strengthening of the audiovisual sector in Europe.

The Russian Anthropological Film Festival is a biennial competitive film festival. The festival program is formed of the anthropological (mostly documentary) films, created by directors from Russia and other countries. Festival prizes: the best film, the best director, the best anthropologist, special prizes of the Jury, prizes of sponsors. RAFF focuses on man in culture and culture in man. Its formula art+science unites filmmakers and researchers expressing by film-language the peculiarity and diversity of the cultural values, it’s important link between film makers and anthropologists of Russia and other countries. Films and videos of high value and quality, recording human activities in social, historical or ecological context are accepted for competition screenings. Films of high level creativity, a rigorous scientific content or of new forms of audiovisual expression will be preferred.
