# Television Noe (Noah) is a Czech non-commercial TV station based in Ostrava. The holder of the broadcasting licence is a non-profit organization Telepace s.r.o. This organization builds on the work of a television studio, operated by civic association Telepace. It has a tradition of fifteen years of activity both with young people and adults in their preparation and work in the media. The fundamentals of these companies are connected with P. Leoš Ryška, SDB. # Noe is a television with an ethical dimension. The broadcast has a peaceful character associated with a positive outlook on the world. It offers a healthy lifestyle with purposeful restriction of violence and obscenity. Tv Noe provides healthy values and a general tolerance among people. It emphasizes education, cultural, spiritual and aesthetic experiences. The opportunity is also given to churches, non-profit and welfare organizations. Noe allows for the possibility to make own recordings and live performances of concerts and theater performances. The programme is to some extent complementary to the broadcast of Radio Proglas. Tv Noe cooperates on several levels with many similar TV stations in the world. # The program is intended for the whole family. It addresses a wide range of audiences of all generations regardless of education. It attends to various social groups from the middle class through the socially weak or disabled citizens to national minorities. It takes into account those who are not in a significant voice in the society. # Tv Noe broadcasts since 2006, nineteen hours a day at present time. The program consists of own current and archival programs, and the programs prepared by domestic or foreign producers and studios. # The signal of Tv Noe is spread using a digital satellite broadcasting (DVB-S) from the Astra 3A satellite. The program can be received also via the internet, IPTV and cable television networks. An unofficial measurements of weekly audience (WR) shows around 150 000 viewers. The programme is prepared mainly in the Ostrava headquarters, some parts are created by a regional studios in Prague, Brno and Zlín. Many individuals and cultural institutions are involved in the preparation, too.

The Teplice n. Metují International Mountaineering Film Festival is a competitive festival, open to all filmmakers, both professionals and amateurs, TV and cinema producers. The entries selected to take part in the competition are divided into three sections: Mountaineering – e.g., alpinism, rock and ice climbing, Outdoor Sports – e.g., mountain biking, paragliding, canoeing, rafting, extreme skiing, Man and Mountains.
