Audiodoc is the first Italian association of independent audio documentary authors, born in October 2006, with the aim to promote the production, broadcast and experimentation of sound documentaries. Our individual biographies in the sphere of audio creation are based on collaborations with important radio stations in Italy and other countries (Radio RAI, Swiss Radio in Italian and German language - RSI and DRS, the public German radio ARD, Radio popolare network), with universities, archives and cultural institutions on a local, national and European level. The association wishes to promote festivals, individual and collective productions, skills and research in collaboration with experts working with sound as a means for storytelling, investigative reporting and artistic creation in Italy and in other countries.

The Audiovisual Information Centre is a part of the Slovak Film Institute – National Cinematographic Centre. It promotes Eurimages and European Audiovisual Observatory and makes use of advantages concerning Slovak participation; contacts foreign institutions and provides relevant information relating to Slovak cinematographic and audiovisual area; collects, processes and distributes information coming to Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic and Slovak Film Institute relevant for specialists of Slovak cinematographic and audiovisual territory; cooperates with partner institutions including Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic, Slovak Audiovisual Producers' Association, Union of Slovak Film Distributors and others; provides relevant information concerning film and audiovisual databases abroad and regularly updates a directory of Slovak institutions, companies and organizations working in the field of Slovak audiovision and cinema.

Established in December 2006, the AUDIOVISUAL TRAINING COALITION (hereafter ATC) has an overall objective of representing the interests of independent organizations devoted to transnational training, development and research for the audiovisual industry.

The Augsburg Short Film Festival shows international short feature, animation and documentary films, film-historical programmes and short films for children. At the Augsburg Short Film Festival the audience itself is the jury of the competition programme.

The AIDC is one of the largest recurrent screen industry conferences in Australia averaging between 500 to 800 national and international delegates. It provides a market place for documentary product for national and international buyers and distributors, showcases the work of Australian and international documentary makers, and creates a forum to discuss content, craft, technology and future directions.

MeetMarket is designed to match selected documentary makers’ most innovative project ideas with over 50 national and international executive producers, broadcasters and distributors attending AIDC 2010. MeetMarket provides the opportunity for creative and original ideas to be fast-tracked within a supportive and structured setting. Projects entered may be at any stage of development, production or post-production. Executive producers, broadcasters and distributors view online two-minute pitch teasers of up to 25 selected documentary projects in advance of attending AIDC. After viewing, these executives choose which projects they wish to discuss further in one-on-one meetings with the documentary producers scheduled during the AIDC within a specially designated room at the conference.

The Austrian Cultural Forum Prague supports scientific and cultural exchange between the Czech Republic and Austria. Each year, the Forum organizes and supports some 250 events in fine arts, design, architecture, music, film, science, literature, theatre and dance. Since 1996, the Forum has been using its own space in the centre of Prague, including a contemporary art gallery, library with approx. 8,000 titles, as well as a concert and lecture hall that holds up to 80 people. The Forum is also active in different regions across the country. Thanks to its wide network of partners - universities, museums, galleries, etc. - the Forum is able to develop and participate in various joint projects, such as art exhibits, concerts, festivals, science and art conferences, and book readings with Austrian authors.

The Austrian Editors' Association brings together and represents the interests of Austrian editors.

Platform "Culture - Central Europe" The Platform for Central European International Cultural Policy was founded on the occasion of the first foreign ministers’ conference of the “Regional Partnership” countries (Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia) on 6 June 2001, as a forum for cultural dialogue with the purpose of providing support for bilateral and multilateral cultural projects focusing on common Central European cultural interests. The goals of the platform are: * to distribute information and raise awareness of the cultural life in the participating Central European countries, the European Union and beyond * to exemplify the creative power and strength of expression of our artists * to highlight the common cultural identity of Central Europe within the context of European integration Since its foundation, the platform has supported about 50 projects worldwide; in two major annual meetings – held in the capitals of the respective EU Council Presidency – the platform member countries convene for key issue conferences.

Established in 1981, the Austrian Film Institute is a federal institution established to provide funding for Austrian films with regard to cultural and economic aspects. The provided funding aims particularly at strengthening the Austrian film industry and the creative-artistic quality of Austrian film which is a prerequisite for its success in Austria and abroad. It is a legal entity under public law and its registered office is located in Vienna.

The Austrian Screenwriters' Association (Drehbuchverband Austria) represents the interests of the Austrian screenwriters.

Autlook attends all important theatrical markets (Cannes, Berlin, Toronto, Pusan, Locarno, Sundance, Hong Kong, Rotterdam, etc.) and all doc markets (IDFA, HotDocs, Sheffield, Leipzig, Visions du Réel, MIPTV, MIPCOM, etc.).

The Vojvodina Department of Education and Culture provides funding for the making of feature films in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and for the production of short, documentary, semi-documentary and animated films.

Autour de Minuit is a film production company based in Paris created in 2001 by Nicolas Schmerkin. The company aims at supporting aesthetically innovative projects, and develops original graphic worlds with a solid content. Hybridization -at the heart of the artistic approach of most of the works born in the company- gives the opportunity to explore new ideas and sensations in plastic art and intent to provide with visuals never to be seen before.

The festival is a competition of fiction and documentary films that explore at least one of the following topics: snow and ice, nature and environment, ethnology, adventure, mountain sports, expeditions. Fiction films can be admitted as long as they were made on location of the North/South Pole, or as long as they relate to adventure.
