Since 2000 Benecé produces creative documentaries and feature films screened in the international market. Benecé collaborates with creators of different artistic disciplines in order to create audiovisual pieces framed in the author’s curious and original point of view. Benecé believes in the storytelling that moves the spectator; the documentary and film department’s aim is to produce films that explore different expression styles in order to offer a formal and content variety. BENEDIKT PICTURES FILM&MEDIA PRODUCTIONS produces documentary films for the international TV and cinema market. Benedikt Pictures also produces documentary series, reports, product films etc. for the customers all over the world.

Benjamin Produkcija is an independent production company founded by four Slovenian directors (Gregor Andolšek, Anže Petrič, Anže Verdel and Miha Čeak) in 2001.

Bergamo Film Meeting, now 29 years old, was founded in 1983 to promote and spread cinema culture in local as well as national circuits. In 1984 we founded the Association, among whose roles is the organisation of an annual Film Festival.

Bergen International Film Festival (BIFF) first took place in 2000 and is the largest andone of the most interesting film festivals in Norway. The festival presents a selection of new feature and documentary films from all over the world. The programme consists of about 150 titles. The main programme is the International Competition in which 15 feature films which have not yet been released in Norway compete for the Jury Award. BIFF also has a comprehensive international Documentary Section with films dealing with contemporary issues; the festival organizes several panel discussions in connection with these. BIFF also has sneak previews of upcoming cinema releases, animation films, fantasy and science fiction, gay and lesbian films, and a Norwegian short film competition. The side bar „Checkpoints“ is a collaboration with the Rafto Foundation for Human Rights and consists of about 25 films. The winner is granted about € 6.500, which is given to the cause of the film or the people it portraits.

Berlin Documentary Forum is a biennial festival dedicated to documentary practices across a variety of disciplines. The project seeks to explore the documentary as an art form capable of constructing and reshaping realities and histories. Encompassing cultural studies, philosophy, and diverse artistic practices, the festival accentuates the critical potential of documentary work and distinguishes it from today´s excessive production and distribution of visual documents.

Berlin Producers is an umbrella company that represents three renowned production houses on the international marketplace. The three sister companies, each specialising in separate documentary genres, are outlined below. The fernsehbüro GmbH was founded by four independent producers 16 years ago and has steadily grown into one of Germany’s leading factual production companies. Producing award winning programming for all the German public broadcasters, as well as international channels, it prides itself on its commitment to visually arresting and well crafted storytelling. Sounding images specialsies in music and musicians. The films get inside music and tell the stories behind it. The artistic transformation of sound to film coupled with sensitive storytelling distinguishes the production style of Sounding Images. The company works with highly accomplished filmmakers to produce music documentaries, biographies and concerts for the international market. Working with broadcasters worldwide it succeeds in making entertaining productions of timeless quality. Heidefilm based in the Lüneburger Heide, was founded in 2009 to allow the filmmaking skills developed in the genres of science and nature to flourish under a separate roof. Heidefilm strives to make programmes with local emphasis which appeal to the international market, „Hot on the Trail of Pre-History“ and the 5 part series „Country Dreams“ being prime examples. Heidefilm works closely together with local organisations united in the effort to create high quality films destined for an international audience.

Around 350 films are shown every year as part of the Berlinale's public programme, the vast majority of which are world or European premieres. Films of every genre, length and format can be submitted for consideration. The Berlinale is divided into different sections, each with its own unique profile: big international movies in the Competition, independent and art-house productions in Panorama, movies for a young audience in the Kinderfilmfest and its 14plus programme, the most exciting German cinema productions in Perspektive Deutsches Kino, and an in-depth look at films from distant countries and experimental forms in the International Forum of New Cinema. The programme is rounded off by a thematic Retrospective that focuses on the lifework of a great cinema personality. The Berlin International Film Festival sees itself as a showcase for what is happening in cinema. The European Film Market is also part of the festival.

The Bern Canton supports film and video culture in the region through the Bern Film Fund. The fund supports the production, distribution, promotion, subtitli6ng, etc.; awards prizes to the best productions and filmmakers; gives out scholarships, etc.

The Bertha BRITDOC Connect Fund is a joint initiative between The Bertha Foundation and the BRITDOC Foundation. The fund is looking to support smart, strategic outreach campaigns for ambitious independent documentary films with a social issue at their core; films which have the ability to achieve real change on a local, regional or global level. Grants will be in the range of £5,000 – £50,000. Applications can come at the planning, trial, delivery or evaluation stage of a campaign. Films can apply more than once, for different parts or phases of a campaign. There will be two application rounds per year.

The Festival is a celebration of the diversity at the heart of current filmmaking practice and will accept fictional, documentary and experimental feature or short films, as well as films made by children or young people. The Berwick-upon-Tweed Film and Media Arts Festival is a non-competitive event, which aims to promote quality moving image work. The majority of short and feature films (fiction, documentary, experimental or retrospective) are selected by invitation.

Best Hollywood Ltd. was founded in 1991. Their field of activity is film, video and DVD distribution. Since they were set up, they have bought more than 400 titles, mainly for video distribution. Now they are a major theatrical distributor, as well as a buyer and seller of television rights. Their titles are purchased mainly at the Los Angeles, Cannes and Milano Film festivals and markets.

Authors and associates of the BESTA FILM are primarily interested in human relations and understanding. Our films' heroes are of different cultures and religions. But what they have in common, is that their lives are always influenced by political and historical changes that take place in our times. We are mainly keen on the effects of the most important events, which went through Europe in recent years. In September of 1996 Jerzy Śladkowski and Stanisław Krzemiński received the European Film Academy and ARTE award: Felix 96 for particular contribution to documentary film-making in Europe.
