Doc.station Medienproduktion GmbH was founded in August 1999 and has its main office in Hamburg. The company has produced more than 700 hours opf programmes for the television companies in German speaking area. The main clients are ZDF, ARD and arte.

DOCSIDE Production was created in April 2008 by Sylvie Barbe, Jean-Marc Robert and Yves Bourgeois. DOCSIDE Production was formed by - and replaces – MVC (a production company owned by Sylvie Barbe and Jean-Marc Robert, created in 1993) and ATOM, (a production company owned by Yves Bourgeois, created in 1989). This rapprochement between MVC and ATOM arises after several years of working under the same roof and coproducing together (Trafalgar, 52’ for ARTE, Santo Planet Island, 110’ for France 3 and 2 × 52 for France 5). DOCSIDE Production’s goal is to produce documentaries, dramas, and corporate films that bear witness to great human adventures, the discovery and understanding of the world and its history, and that investigate contemporary issues.

Documentary Educational Resources is a non-profit organization founded in 1968 for the purpose of producing and distributing cross-cultural documentary film for educational use. Our company focus then and now is to support filmmakers who have long-term commitments to the people that they film. We find that filmmakers who work collaboratively with their subjects produce film with integrity. It is also our focus to distribute media that has the power to overcome barriers to cross-cultural understanding. Media can be the first step in growing sensitivity and awareness of other cultures. Our archive is one of the most historically important resources of ethnographic film in the world today. In 1975 DER co-founders John Marshall and Timothy Asch were key figures in establishing the Human Studies Film Archives at the Smithsonian Institution and their bodies of work are among the most significant ethnographic collections within the HSFA. We continue to collaborate with the Smithsonian on the use of our films for research. Our films have been screened everywhere, from villages and refugee camps in Africa and Native American reservations, to classrooms, museums and theaters worldwide.

DodoFilm productions company was esteblished by the independent filmmaker Dimitri Lurie in 1994 in St. Petersburg (Russia).In the year 2000 the company has been registred in Norway, where it holds its headquaters since then.The main profile of DodoFilm is production of documentary, short and experimental films along with video art and art photography.The companie's othere profile is design and making of film and theatre costumes.

Civic association „Docs, Youth & Society, c.a.“ was founded in October 2006 and has been following the activities of the company Sunfilm Productions s.r.o. Its activities since 2006 are these: 1. Distribution of the project „Lost Neighbours – Teen Cameras Search for Traces of Jewish Fellow-Citizens“ 2. Production of the audio-visual project „Daughters of the Enemy“, one part of this project are the Audiovisual Testimonies of the Daughters 3. Development of the feature-length documentary „Schkola Without Borders“ about the common everyday life of Czech, German and Polish children (supported by EU, the Media Programme).

A company DOMfilm was set up by a film director Zdenek N. Brickovsky. Primarily we work on realization of documentary films about the life and culture of small nations living in less-known areas of Eastern Europe and Asia - their understanding of the world, religion, rituals, traditions, music…. We also address similar themes of the Czech culture. Most of the films were made in co-production with Czech Television. In 2000 we did a six-piece series of an hour musical documentaries "FROM ELSEWHERE" - WORLD MUSIC IN Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. In 2002 a loose trilogy VOLGA was made - films about nations living on this sacred river - Maris, Tartars and Kalmyks. Since 2003 DÓMfilm has been working on an independent third-piece project from the Republic of Komi /the north of Russia/.
