Telekult Film- und Medienproduktion GmbH was founded 1992 in Berlin. The independent film production company produces original and high-quality documentary films for German and international television. Additionally telekult produces exceptional art and multimedia projects, as well as image films and training videos for businesses and non-profit organizations.During the past 18 years telekult has produced over 100 films, primarily on socio-political, cultural and scientific topics of contemporary relevance as well as on nature and adventure topics.Telekult staff has extensive experience in the conceptualization and organization of media seminars, which it continues to organize together with renowned educational institutions. Telekult is located in Berlin Mitte. In close proximity to the former Berlin wall the company is situated between tradition and modernity, past and present, solid know-how and continuous innovation.

The company TELENOWA has been acting since 1993. We have produced many hundreds of programmes and films so far. The main line of our activities is production of the documentary, education and art films. We have got commissions from the Polish public television: TVP 1, TVP 2, TVP 3 and the regional tv-channel in Poznań. We have also  cooperated with the SFB (Sender Freies Berlin). The City of Poznań and the Association of Polish Cities are our partners in many enterprises. We have been given EU-grants for two series of educational programmes about the protection of the environment and the municipal politics in the area. At present we are developing, also supported by EU, a large project about compulsive migration of the Polish people during the Nazi occupation 1939-1945.

Creative Association «Television Documentary Film» involved on production & distribution of various documentary, science and educational films and TV programs in Russia was created in 2001. For a rather short term of existence there have been completed more than 30 documentary projects, a lot of which were presented at prestige documentary film festivals and shown by major Russian TV channels. The company specialization is a production of educational films telling about persons, rare crafts and events forming a cultural heritage of our country.

# Television Noe (Noah) is a Czech non-commercial TV station based in Ostrava. The holder of the broadcasting licence is a non-profit organization Telepace s.r.o. This organization builds on the work of a television studio, operated by civic association Telepace. It has a tradition of fifteen years of activity both with young people and adults in their preparation and work in the media. The fundamentals of these companies are connected with P. Leoš Ryška, SDB. # Noe is a television with an ethical dimension. The broadcast has a peaceful character associated with a positive outlook on the world. It offers a healthy lifestyle with purposeful restriction of violence and obscenity. Tv Noe provides healthy values and a general tolerance among people. It emphasizes education, cultural, spiritual and aesthetic experiences. The opportunity is also given to churches, non-profit and welfare organizations. Noe allows for the possibility to make own recordings and live performances of concerts and theater performances. The programme is to some extent complementary to the broadcast of Radio Proglas. Tv Noe cooperates on several levels with many similar TV stations in the world. # The program is intended for the whole family. It addresses a wide range of audiences of all generations regardless of education. It attends to various social groups from the middle class through the socially weak or disabled citizens to national minorities. It takes into account those who are not in a significant voice in the society. # Tv Noe broadcasts since 2006, nineteen hours a day at present time. The program consists of own current and archival programs, and the programs prepared by domestic or foreign producers and studios. # The signal of Tv Noe is spread using a digital satellite broadcasting (DVB-S) from the Astra 3A satellite. The program can be received also via the internet, IPTV and cable television networks. An unofficial measurements of weekly audience (WR) shows around 150 000 viewers. The programme is prepared mainly in the Ostrava headquarters, some parts are created by a regional studios in Prague, Brno and Zlín. Many individuals and cultural institutions are involved in the preparation, too.
