Vreme Film Studio, Ltd. now produces 35mm and 16mm films: feature, documentaries, popular-science, children's etc. For a number of decades Studio Vreme has been producing programmes for Bulgaria’s newsreels and the national film archive. It possesses unique episodes documenting the political and social changes in Bulgaria.A great number of the most prominent Bulgarian film professionals have contributed and are still contributing to the rich and colorful filmography of the studio - a genuine picture memory of modern Bulgaria. Vysoká škola múzických umení v Bratislave (VŠMU) Academy of Performing Arts Bratislava: • established in 1949 • public university-type of school and the highest accredited educational, artistic and research institution in the field of theatre, film, music and dance arts in Slovakia. VŠMU provides higher education with BA, MA, PhD and ArtD degree courses in full-time programmes. In 2002, the credit system of study has been established that is compatible with the requirements of the European Union (ECTS) and it offers students the opportunity to study at partner foreign universities during one or two semesters. VŠMU consists of three faculties: - Music and Dance Faculty provides selected MA and doctoral programmes in English and German as well. - The Theatre Faculty offers to foreign students supplementary semester courses in English. - The Film and Television Faculty provides several semester courses in English, especially for foreign students coming to VŠMU within the framework of LLP/Erasmus programme or through the bilateral governmental agreements.

In 2001, Andrzej Wajda and Wojciech Marczewski formed a film school. Based on the concept of the ‘Film Group’ model, they focused on the effectiveness of the group work method and on the collaboration of generations, and offered a program that is unique in Europe, combining education with production targeted to film professionals. As part of the programs offered by the School, the most interesting directors of the younger generation, both Polish and foreign, are developing their projects and they often produce them here. More than 50 documentary and feature films, as well as 200 shorts have been produced so far. They have been selected and often won prizes at the most prestigious festivals, including Berlinale, San Sebastian, Karlovy Vary, Hot Docs, IDFA and DOK Leipzig. The school enjoys the honorary patronage of the European Film Academy. The Wajda School Foundation operates with the support of the Polish Film Institute and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. In addition, from 2011 the Wajda School Foundation is subject to the City of Żyrardów patronage, where the school has opened a branch. In 2011, continuing the mission of the School, Andrzej Wajda and Wojciech Marczewski established a film production studio - The Wajda Studio. The studio focuses on auteur film projects. We are looking for feature and documentary films, and short films on contemporary subjects. The Studio makes a difference by artistic supervision from the best Polish and European artists, and by placing a firm emphasis on project development.

The Wajda Studio (formerly The Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing) was founded in 2001 by two directors, some of the most acclaimed Polish artists - Andrzej Wajda, winner of an Oscar for lifetime achievement, and Wojciech Marczewski, an outstanding director and educator. Wajda Studio is focused on art house films and international co-productions.

Wallonie Image Production is a funded workshop dedicated to developing, with authors of the Wallonie Bruxelles Community, the production of documentary film projects. It further insures the festival promotion of it and their distribution on television and other medias. Based in Liège and participating to the Pôle Images, WIP offers 25 years of experience, and a catalog of more than 300 films.

Wasabi Film was founded 1/1/2006 in Munich by Martin Kircher & Hendrik Feil. The independent producers and managers jointly develop, finance, produce and realize movies for the national and international market. The emphases of their production are feature movies (cinema and TV) and commercials.
