Blank is Croatian independent non-profitable film association registerd in 2003. Its basic activities are: film production, diverse workshops for film & animation and other cultural & multimedia projects like film magazine Filmonaut (Croatian edition only) and international filmmakers exchange program Who's shooting over there.

Founded in the 1960s, the Cineteca di Bologna has been an active member of the Fédération Internationale des Archives du Film (FIAF) since 1989, and a member of the Association des Cinématheques Européennes (ACE) since its founding. The Cineteca preserves and restores film heritage so that it can be used today and passed on for the future. The Archive holds over 18,000 films in 35mm and 16mm. The Cineteca has become an internationally recognized center for film preservation and restoration. In particular, the Chaplin Project stands out among its most important projects. The Cineteca has been entrusted with the task of restoring the entire cinematic oeuvre of Charles Chaplin.

The Bologna Film Commission wants to promote the city of Bologna and its film heritage. The commission provides information about locations, production facilities, filming permits, etc.

Founded in 1997, the Bosnian Institute is a key organization internationally in providing education and information on the history and culture of Bosnia-Herzegovina, with a special concern for the past and present development of its social, economic, governmental, legal and cultural conditions, organizations and institutions. Through its programmes it actively encourages and supports the growth of a pluralist democratic society in Bosnia-Herzegovina and its neighbours.

State-supported organization – public administration. Broadcasting licences, registrations of retransmission and retransmission termination, supervision of the observance of legal regulations, assignement of frequencies to broadcasters, sanctions to broadcasters and retransmission providers operating without a license, plans of the use of the frequency modulations for broadcast, supervises the observation of the European agreement on over-the-border television and participates in the elaboration of laws and other legal regulations in the field of broadcasting and retransmission.

The Broadcasting Council is an independent non-profit regulatory body, with public competences and authority in the field of broadcasting activity defined by the Law on Broadcasting Activity (Official Gazzette of RM" No.: 100/2005). The Broadcasting Council, in the course of performance of its competences, ensures the freedom and pluralism of expression, existence of diverse, independent and autonomous media, economic and technological development of broadcasting activity, and protection of the interests of citizens in broadcasting. Fund for Financing Radio and Television Programmes of Public Interest - the programs financed by this fund are designed to protect, promote and preserve the Macedonian cultural and historical tradition, as well as the traditions of the ethnic groups living in "The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia". They should also promote quality and creativity, and support the production of programs which are of interest to all citizens of the state, their work and life.

BSAC brings together high level executives and specialists from both the traditional and new sectors of the audiovisual industry to develop industry-wide views and to represent these views to policymakers.

The British Society of Cinematographers was established in 1949 and it has currently more than 200 members.

The BUFVC is a representative body which promotes the production, distribution, study and use of film and related media in higher education and research. It was founded in 1948 as the British Universities Film Council. The Council receives core grant support from the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) of the Higher Education Funding Councils via the Open University. The BUFVC currently employs around 17 staff and has an annual turnover of approximately GBP 700,000. Around 30% of total revenue is raised through income from subscriptions, conferences, publishing, grants and sponsorship.

The main responsibilities of Bulgarian National Film Archive at the moment are: to acquire, restore, preserve and store film and film related archival artefacts of the national and world culture; all kinds of audiovisual documents with documentary, historic and cultural significance; to organize the film libraries by cataloguing them and preparing the supporting documentation; to use the libraries for science and research; to screen films at educational and cultural events.

The Bulgarian National Film Center is the Executive Agency of the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture that administrates the implementation of the Film Industry Act (FIA). The main functions of the Agency are to finance film production, film managing, distribution and exhibition of films, to support the promotion of Bulgarian films in this country and abroad, to keep the register under the FIA, to stimulate the development of the film culture.
