CILECT is the association of the world's major film and television schools. Its goals are to provide a means for the exchange of ideas among member schools, and to help them understand the future of education for creative personnel in film, television, and related media. It is dedicated to the creation, development and maintenance of regional and international cooperation among its member schools, and to the encouragement of film and television training in the developing world.

Facilitates the production process by providing information about location selection, crew, transportation, etc. Cine Tirol also grants funding based on the artistic merit of the project, cultural- or tourist-specific benefits for the region and economic benefits. Starting May 1st 2009 Cine Tirol offers production grants in the form of reimbursement of up to 50% of eligible expenditures from filming in the Tirol. Production grants are awarded to selected film projects after application review and are subject to budgetary constraints. Production grants are contingent upon the economic effect of the production on the region (‘Tirol Effect’) and/or the thematic relation of the production to the region (‘Tirol Reference’). The ‘Tirol Effect’ is fulfilled when the filming of the entire production, or parts thereof, in the Tirol generates income for the region, for example, in the form of general expenditures and in the form of domestic film industry expenditures. Decisions will be made by the executive board of the Tirol Tourist Board (Tirol Werbung GmbH) upon recommendations from Cine Tirol.

Established in May 2005, Cine-Regio is a network of regional film funds in Europe. The network is continuously expanding and today represents 33 regional film funds from 12 EU Member States, in addition to Norway, Serbia and Switzerland. Cine-Regio's main objectives are threefold and interlinked: 1/ To exchange views, perspectives, good practices and information for the benefit of the European film industry, including integrating new regional film funds. 2/ To raise awareness, represent and promote regional audiovisual interests across Europe, including members' interests towards European institutions and other organisations which play a role in determining the set of rules and conditions for regional film funds. 3/ To strengthen the co-development and co-production of audiovisual products, fusing talents and resources in different regions for a wider market - including stimulating artistic, technical and creative exchange and know-how throughout Europe.

Cinecittà Holding is responsible for the coordination of activities in the field of cinema. The tasks of Cinecittà Holding are to improve the services of film commissions; to strengthen the role of Istituto Luce; to promote national and international films in Italy; to promote Italian cinema abroad, etc.

Cinélibre is the Swiss Association of Film Societies and Non Profit Cinemas (Verband Schweizer Filmklubs und nicht-gewinnorientierter Kinos). Cinélibre provides the audience with an access to the diversity of films made around the world and to films from all periods of film history. To achieve this, Cinélibre supports the co-operation between its members and the exchange of film programmes. Cinélibre distributes films and organises tours with films which otherwise would not be available in Switzerland.

Cinema Art Foundation (Fundacja Cinema Art) was created by the group of people who have been involved with the film environment for many years. They have organized film workshops, seminars, contests and festivals both on local and international level. Cinema Art Foundation essentially aims at facilitating access to art and culture, promoting various forms of cultural projects, involving people from different backgrounds, combining art and culture with education.

The Cinema Theatre Association was started in 1967 to preserve and promote movie palaces of the Twenties and Thirties which were then starting to disappear from our towns and cities. Since then, the Association has widened its horizons to encompass the study of all cinema buildings and other entertainment buildings.

Cinéma Wallonie is an association of independent film and audiovisual producers from the Wallonia Region.

Cinemateca Portuguesa / Museu Do Cinema has two basement cinemas, museum area, permanent and temporary exhibition rooms, photo archive, and runs a restaurant and a bookshop. The institution organizes film screenings, exhibitions and seminars, and maintains a large collection of films, books and film materials that are stored in other departments of the institution, namely in ANIM - National Moving Images Archive Department (film collection) and in the Documentation and Information Centre (collection of books, newspaper clippings, posters, photographs, etc.).

The aim of the French Cinematheque is to maintain the collection of film material (40 000 films, 4000 film equipment items, 1000 costumes); to restore classical films and make them accessible to public; to use the facilities of the film library for film-related exhibitions, screenings and educational projects that help to promote the art of the moving image.

In 1974 the Act on establishing the Cinematheque of Macedonia was published, as an institution of common interest of the Republic, whose task is the collect, process, preserve, protect and present the films and film materials of particular artistic, cultural, scientific, historic, and other significance, further to set up a fund of films and film materials of domestic film creation and film production, to set up also a fund of important achievements of other national film productions..

The Royal Belgian Film Archive was founded in 1938 and its tasks are to maintain and preserve a collection of films that have an aesthetic, historic or technical relevance; to collect other material and documents related to cinema; and to make its collections accessible to public.

The Swiss Film Archive was established in 1981 and has the following tasks: to maintain and enlarge its collection of films and materials related to cinema in Switzerland; to preserve and restore archive materials; to provide resources and research tools for experts and the general public, etc. The archive holds approx. 65 000 Swiss and international films, posters, stills and around 400 items of historical film equipment.

CineStyria was founded in 2004. It is a regional, national and an international gateway for networking, promotion and financial support of regionally relevant film, TV and multimedia projects.

Cinésuisse - Association of Swiss Audiovisual Professionals is a professional trade association that represents the political, social and legal interests of its members, opens public debates related to audiovisual policies, and aims, among other things, to further improve the economic conditions for audiovisual production in Switzerland.

An International Association for the promotion of Regional Public Service Television in Europe. Its main objectives are: Promoting and developing cooperation between members, co-producing and exchanging programmes, strengthening vocational training for journalists and technicians across Europe.

People in Need (PIN) is a Czech organization that provides relief aid and development assistance, while working to defend human rights and democratic freedom. At home, People in Need administers social integration programs in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and provides informative and educational activities. PIN is one of the largest organizations of its kind in post-communist Europe, and has administered projects in fourty countries. PIN has developed many public awareness campaigns aimed at providing independent and unbiased information for journalists, opinion makers and the general public. Through campaigns, information projects and media supplements PIN believes it is possible to support an informed and empowered civil society both at home and abroad. PIN annually organizes the One World Film Festival.

The CNC was founded in 1946 and falls under the authority of the Ministry of Culture and Communications.It is responsible forthe funding policies in French cinema|and its goal isto provide financial support to the film, AV and multimedia industry| to promote film and AV works and their distribution| and to protect and distribute the French film heritage. The CNC manages State financial support for the film industry and audiovisual programmes as well as grants by the Ministry of culture. Support is delivered in two forms: automatic aid (reinvestment subsidies awarded under purely economic rules) and selective aid which meets qualitative and cultural needs. The organization provides funding for script development, production and distribution of short, full-length, experimental films, renovation of cinemas in rural areas, etc.

CNEX is the short form of Chinese Next. CNEX is a non-profit organization founded by a group of professionals, from Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, who are passionate about Chinese culture. It is devoted to the production and promotion of documentaries related to the Chinese people. CNEX provides a platform of supports for and exchanges among Chinese documentary filmmakers by organizing and coordinating international cultural activities, both of independent initiatives or securing supports from governments. It aims to help more professionals in the effort of preserving cultures of Chinese communities, in the forms of visual and audio documents. CNEX hopes to establish and develop a library of global Chinese nonfiction work, and to enhance a sustainable strategy for the contemporary Chinese documentary making.

The objective of NORMA is to maintain the collective neighbouring rights for musicians and actors and to oversee the collection and distribution of private copying, public lending, cable rights, etc.

Communauté française de Belgique - French Community of Belgium

CONA is an institute for contemporary art processing, established at the end of 2007, by Irena Pivka and Brane Zorman. Cona is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Its main acitivities lie in the production of contemporary art projects. Irena Pivka and Brane Zorman are members of Odprta zbornica za vizualno umetnost, Association of NGOs and freelance artists and cultural workers in Slovenia.

The Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA) was established by the President of the French Republic on 13 February 1989 and entrusted with the double-pronged mission of guaranteeing and promoting audiovisual communication freedom in France. Having succeeded the Haute Autorité de la communication audiovisuelle and the Commission nationale de la communication et des libertés, the CSA is the third audiovisual regulatory authority to have been created in France.
