The Norwegian Film and TV Producers’ Association (Produsentforeningen) was established in 1933. As of today the association comprises approximately 80 independent production companies involved in film and TV production. Its members are spread throughout the country and produce everything from short films to documentaries, feature films, TV programs, commercial films, commissioned films, multimedia and more.

The Norwegian Film Commission provides information about film companies, insitutions and locations in Norway.

The objective of the Norwegian Film Institute is to preserve, support and distribute Norwegian and foreign films, so that film as an expression of art and culture becomes more visible. The Institute's primary objectives are to preserve and restore films, to distribute and screen films, to market and inform about films in Norway, to market Norwegian films abroad. The Norwegian Film Institute is under the authority of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, and the goals in the area of film which have been adopted by the Storting (Parliament), govern the Institute's activities.

OSA - The Performing and Mechanical Rights Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers is an association of authors, composers, publishers and other copyright holders of musical works. On the basis of a license granted by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic pursuant to the current Copyright Act, it executes the collective administration of proprietary copyrights to musical works with or without lyrics.

Since 1963, OAC has played a vital role in promoting and assisting the development of the arts and artists for the enjoyment and benefit of Ontarians. Ontario Arts Council offers more than fifty funding programs for Ontario-based artists and arts organizations, with funds from the Ontario government. Grants provide assistance for a specific activity, support for a period of time, or for ongoing operations. OAC also offers awards, prizes and scholarships from private funds managed by the Ontario Arts Foundation.

As of its founding in 1993 to date, the Open Society Fund Bosnia and Herzegovina has been developing program objectives that are in tact with all changes that shape the B&H society, while remaining dedicated to its initiating idea for developing an open society in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Open Society Institute – Sofia, grounds its activities on the following mission and strategic goal: To promote, help develop and sustain the values, attitudes and practices of the open society in Bulgaria. Strategic goal is to support Bulgaria’s integration into United Europe from a broad civic perspective.

OpenCircuit Ltd was started as a company in 2006 by Rajesh Thind (a founding member of DocHouse, the UK documentary initiative), with the guidance and encouragement of Channel 4 Television and the Prince's Trust. It is a network of creative collaborators spread across the globe who come together on a project-by-project basis to make work across a range of disciplines and forms, including TV, film and video, contemporary and conceptual art, design, writing, journalism, photography, activism and academia. A team of bankers, accountants, lawyers and consultants provide personalised advice and support to businesses run by young people.

The Oresund Film Commission is a non-profit organization established in fall 2003 to promote the region as an international film location and to service international film and TV productions shooting in the region. Embracing the area of Southern Sweden and Greater Copenhagen, the Oresund Film Commission offers information and assistance in the production of all types of films, from big-budget features to small-scale documentary films.

Organisation internationale de la Francophonie is a public organisation that carries through these goals: * Democratisation of culture * Cultural and linguistic diversity * Asserting cultural identity by supporting qualitative and quantitative development of both the commercial and cultural film industry, encouraging, promotion and marketing film in the country or region by encouraging film-makers to produce in the geographical area and to work with regional film commissions and other similar organisations.

The Austrian Film Museum (OeFM) has two fundamental missions: 1) to preserve, research, enrich and relate to the public the collection of films and objects which the Museum has acquired since its foundation; 2) to exhibit the medium of film in all its dimensions and historical forms, working with the collection as well as with loans from other sources. The Film Museum is a specific exhibition space (film as a time-based event, the experience of a performative act), a collection site and archive (film as an artefact, as local and global memory), a research and study centre, as well as a place for public debate and reflection (film as a nodal point of discourse on culture and society). Financially supported by the Austrian government and the City of Vienna as well as by private sponsors and through income from membership and admission fees, the Film Museum’s double role in Austrian cultural life is that of an art historical museum as well as a museum of 20th century history - both in relation to the film medium.

The Austrian Film Service is a film library and rental dedicated to educational and informative films that can be selected over the internet, booked and rented out free of charge. The organization also organizes industry film festivals and showcases of Austrian films at international festivals.

OWH TV Studio is the only NGO in Moldova that promotes the values of a democratic society using audio and video means. Being graduates from the Academy of Theatre and Film from Bucharest and of other European institutions, the OWH TV Studio team take part in the mass media and cinema life of Moldova offering a new and original perspective of social events. OWH TV Studio was created in 1995. At first, the studio was launched as a laboratory for young TV producers to develop their skills in the field of audio and video technologies. In time, the activities of the studio ceased to be limited to instructive projects for young producers. Thus, a new professional enviroment was created, which had as an imperative to create TV production of the highest quality. In 1999, OWH TV Studio was registered as an independent institution. At present, our developing strategy includes three main directions: concept creation, production and education.

PAV brings together audiovisual companies from the Valencian Community. It promotes unity and solidarity among the associates, defending common interests of its members before the administration and any other organization or institution.

VIE - Performing Artists' Association for Intellectual Property

The Pirkanmaa Film Centre has been advancing the knowledge of film culture in the Tampere region since 1982. The Film Centre arranges screenings at its own cinema and in the entire Tampere region; educates and informs; and co-operates with cultural and educational organizations. The Film Centre also maintains its own film archives.

The Polish Association of Editors (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Montażystów) represents picture and sound editors. Its main focus is to develop the art of promoting the knowledge on picture and sound editing in audiovisual productions; additionally, the Association assists its members in professional development and protects their legal and financial rights.

Launched in 2007 during Sunny Side of the Docs, the project is the joint initiative of the Polish Film Institute and the Krakow Film Foundation. The main aim of the project is the promotion of Polish documentary films abroad and assistance to Polish filmmakers to present their films to audiences. We organize: promotional events (Polish Docs Party) and promotional stands during the most important film festivals and film markets dedicated to documentaries; special screenings of Polish documentary films in Poland and abroad; workshops, lectures, discussion panels.

The Polish Federation of Film Debating Clubs (Polska Federacja Dyskusyjnych Klubów Filmowych) gathers a large number of debating clubs active across Poland. It provides them with programme and methodology assistance, by facilitating access to some valuable films, supplying materials, etc. The organization also provides assistance in organizing events, seminars and lectures, meetings with film critics and filmmakers and finally by organizing central training sessions and seminars for the Federation members.

The Polish Film Institute (Polski Instytut Sztuki Filmowej) is the newest film institute in Europe, established in 2005 in accordance with the new cinema law, passed by the Polish Parliament. The Institute's principal task is to provide the Polish film industry with modern support mechanisms - from the development of projects and production, to promotion, distribution and circulation of Polish and European films. We support films from a concept to the screen, with particular emphasis on international co-productions. The Polish Film Institute wants to draw Polish viewers back to the theatres to watch Polish films and, at the same time, to make them worth of seeing and accessible to international audiences, particularly in Europe. The Institute welcomes all foreign partners - producers, distributors and filmmakers alike - interested in any forms of collaboration with the Polish film industry. We provide all necessary information and guidance regarding Poland, its film potential, legal regulations, locations and help to find the film professionals to collaborate with as well as potential partners for co-productions.

The Polish Filmmakers Association (Stowarzyszenie Filmowców Polskich) is Poland’s largest organisation of film professionals. The Association promotes Polish film domestically and abroad, supports talented young filmmakers, and produces debut films. The Association is a member of the leading international audiovisual organisations. As an entity involved in collective copyright management, it cooperates with similar institutions around the world.
