In the spring of 1992 the government of Montenegro unlawfully expelled from its territory Bosnian & Herzegovinian refugees using the military forces of Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic. A majority of these refugees were later killed. Based on a book by Seki Radoncic and shot in Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro, Alen Drljevic's documentary film endeavors to shed light on this grave act of the Montenegrin government.
