A young recidivist, a trainee in the rehabilition program "Duet" organized by the Krakow Penitentiary and a children`s home, works in the therapeutic center helping retarded children. For several months, we watches 24-year-old Robert who has been serving in houses of correction ever since he turned 15. This film is about a transformation of how feelings are aroused and developed, the feelings of touch first and foremost.
Rat in a Crown
The story of a friendship between Jacek Blawut, the filmmaker and thirty year old Michal, an alcoholic. The film tells about the "co-dependance", hope and powerlessness that he's experienced, and also of the delirious "crowned rat" of the title, which is forever tightening his noose. Drinking, sobering up, drinking again...and so on, till the bitter end.
The Unusual Flight of Boeing 737
The film shows the work of pilots and air controllers of passenger airlines. We witness piloting, which we know little about due to safety measures. We fly to Innsbruck, situated in the Alps, one of the most difficult airports - the pilots are required to have a special training to land there. Emotions, beautiful landscapes, exceptional pilots and an unusual finale, which could only happen to Flight 005.

Loneliness of Sound
This documentary introduces the figure of a less known composer, Tomasz Sikorski (1939-1988). His life was determined by the communist era, through which he lived and worked. Lack of freedom and the ability to reinvent himself, combined with the incomprehension of his work in artistic circles that rejected the extreme simplicity of his music, left a significant imprint on Sikorski. The film follows the life of the artist whose extraordinary talent and great sensitivity walked hand in hand with solitude.

Director and camera operator for feature and documentary films. Lecturer at film schools (i.a. in Berlin, Hannover, Toruń, Warsaw). Graduate of the Cinematography Department at the Polish National Film, Television and Theatre School in Łódź. Between 1992-1994 he co-published "Film na Świecie" magazine. Member of the European Film Academy and the Council of the Polish Film Institute. He has been awarded for his achievements in cinematography and direction work - i.a. the Stanisław Wyspiański second class Award for achievements in cinematography work (1988), the "Laterna Magica" Award by the Minister of Culture and Art for cultural activity (1992), Polityka's Passport in the "film" category for 1993. He has also gained numerous awards at film festivals, i.a. the Silver Lions award for "Jeszcze nie wieczór” ("Before the Twigliht") at the 23. Polish Film Fesival in Gdynia, a special award at the San Sebastian International Film Festival in 1990 and a special award at the 35. Polish Film Festival in Gdynia, for his famous documentary "Nienormalni” ("The Abnormal").
