Born in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU), Department of Documentary Film. Worked as a scriptwriter, so far she has made more than 100 factual and documentary films, reports, commercials and corporate videos. Her main interest lies with social subjects that lead into more universal issues, architecture and visual arts.
