The Beautiful Tisza and the Other Matters
The River Tisza was and is the constant theme of 20th century artists, especially in the area of Magyarkanizsa and Zenta. In Magyarkanizsa, where the Tisza flows with the loudest swashing, the poetry of the Tisza was born a few decades ago. The film blends the artists' experiences and their inner worlds with a scientific approach to nature.

The Other Side of Sunset
This documentary, based on the poetic opus of Otto Tolnai - the author from Vojvodina - takes us to the spaces and towns which determined the course of the author's life. Gestures, events and characters from all stages of his life, together with the details of the Vojvodina landscapes, are transformed into a dreamy panorama. The film strums the rosary of Tolnai's verses, evoking the spirit of the native plain, Genius loci. While reading this poetry, we sink deep into the described scenes. The necklace of verses reaches the kaleidoscope, where the vibrant, ever-changing poetic statements twinkle in the colorful ornament.

Opus About Plain
This documentary about 13 minutes made in the manner of an essey elaborates the preparation and formation of a new theatre play by Jozef Nadj, a world distinguished director, his contemplation of home, plain, home return. Basically the film consists of Jozef Nadj`s nterview in which he explaines in condensed sentences his artistic way of work from the birth of an idea, through pictures visions and final theatre formations. As the latest play "After Midnight" is based on the experiences of Kanjiza natural surroundings, the film presents "Jaraą" pustara and the Tisa bank, two typical motifs from Vojvodina which were crucial for the birth of the play. Pustara and the Tisa get myth contents through Nadj`s new performace. Nature vibrations are portrayed in collusion with the improvised creation way of Josef Nadj who has never gone astray from the initial course: attentive listening and formation of the plain dweller temperament.

The Wonder Well
This is a story about a gypsy girl, who’s aching bones and joints were cured by the water from the spring near by the meadows at the outskirts of the town. People soon started to call it Wonder Well. The city fathers had built a spa near the meadows benefiting from the healing water and mud. Later they had the water to the channelled to the more central Elisabeth Gardens for the business to thrive even better. For years the water had been bottled.
