www.DOKweb.net is a portal dedicated to East European documentary film. The news section provides up-to-date information on upcoming and just completed films, interviews with filmmakers and other documentary professionals, in-depth articles exploring the state of documentary filmmaking in various parts of the region, as well as insightful texts on current trends, funding, etc. The portal also boasts the largest published databases of completed and upcoming documentary films from Eastern Europe, an industry directory, as well as trailers and original video content. www.DOKweb.net is IDF´s key online project that provides comprehensive details on all IDF´s activities and links them with general information service.

Founded in 2001, the INSTITUTE OF DOCUMENTARY FILM (IDF) is a non-profit training and networking centre based in Prague, Czech Republic, focused on the support of East European documentary films and their wider promotion. Our activities support filmmakers through all stages of completion – development, funding, production, post-production, and distribution. We aim at individual filmmakers (tailored consultations), groups of carefully selected professionals with projects or films (Ex Oriente Film, East European Forum, East Silver, Doc Launch, etc.), broader professional community (East Doc Platform), as well as the general public (portal www.DOKweb.net). We closely work with key int. festivals, broadcasters, distributors, sales agents, markets, or training initiatives and serve as the GATEWAY TO EAST EUROPEAN DOCUMENTARY FILM.

The Ghosts of Zagreb
Documentary follows five ninety-something former members of the Zagreb antifascist illegal movement, as they walk through the streets of their home town. They are remembering forgotten Zagreb's history - being one of the centers of urban anti-fascistic resistance in occupied Europe in Second World War.Walking their way throughout the city, they tell us their stories of horror on one hand, but the most idealistic period in their life on the other.Film about times that have been purposely concealed in recent Croatian history.

Born in Zagreb in 1975. In 1999 graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Arts. Founded Brojka, a private studio for design and production - video production, commercials, films and multimedia. Seminars and additional education: Graphic novel screenplay writing and drawing techniques, Grožnjan (1995), video post-production in Vizije SFT (2003-2004), Motovun Film School (2004), Motovun Film School (2005). Filmography: Dogma#99 (CRO, 2003, 45 min) – director, producer, editor; Dogma#13 (CRO, 2004, 28 min) - director, producer, editor; Metro-Pop – tv show for national television (HRT 2004); My Friend Illness (CRO, 2005, 5 min) - editor; Petrovaradin Tribe (SLO, 2005, 52 min) - production partner, co-director; Popcorn (promotional, CRO, 2005, 7 min) - editor, animator, narrator; Rosal Dramatica (promotional film, CRO, 2006, 13 min) - director, post-production; Motovun Film Festival Intro Film (CRO 2006, 2 min) - producer, post-production.
