A Place to Live
It has been ten years since the war ended in Lika, Republic of Croatia. After the Croatian military operation called Storm, minority groups are returning to their damaged houses. CRYPTOGRAM-THE BOOK OF TORMENTS
This is a documentary about the emergence of a painting project and its author Tomislav Petranovic…Through reminiscence the painter has intertwined the theme of torments with the subject of Judaism, evoking the suffering of Jews in Slavonija. The film documents the emergence of an artistic portfolio leading us to sites of already forgotten Jewish locations of the Nova Gradiska region. The Film uncovers the Old Testament hidden code of prophet Zephaniah, and through poetic depiction transcribes a vision of torments and suffering.

One Rabbi in Zagreb
The film follows the everyday life of an orthodox rabbi family from the Jewish community Chabad in the city of Zagreb. Several rabbis are active in the city of Zagreb, one of which, the most picturesque is rabbi Pini Zaklas. Rabbi Pini adds colour to the city of Zagreb... The Hasidic movement was not developed in Croatia before World War II, therefore the arrival of rabbi family Zaklas to Zagreb is a unique and authentic phenomenon. The documentary sensitizes citizens and expands the visions of civil society, elevating the standards of religious freedom and tolerance in Croatia, considering the question of freedom within the framework of religious regulations and laws.
