The series of lectures will allow the viewers peak into the issues and trends of contemporary documentary film. The impact of new technologies on film narration is the subject of Liz Rozenthal’s lecture, while new forms of collaborative documentary will be introduced by a Mandy Rose. The couple of producers Martichka Bozhilova and Georg Tschurtchenthaler are going to render the international potential of local documentary topics, Danish documentary expert Tue Steen Müller will be providing the overview of the best 2011 European docs, and Marijke Rawie with Mikael Opstrup are bringing in their lecture devoted to pragmatic issues of documentary funding.
