Born and raised in Israel, Tomer Eliav has been a sound designer for TV and Cinema for the last 15 years. Tomer has been editing and designing the sound for over 30 Documentary Films: “Arna's Children" (2004) by Juliano Mer, "To see if I’m smiling" (2007) Audience Award at IDFA, Best Documentary at the Haifa International Film Festival. "Six Floor to Hell" (2008), “Citizen Number 1” (2009), “The way up" (2010). "Free Improvisation" (2011), "House of cards" (2012), "Lo Tishkot Haaretz" (4 part series, 2013), by Amit Goren. “The Decent One” (2014), worldwide theatrical release. And more than 10 Feature Films: “Kalevet” (2010), the first Israeli horror movie which had a worldwide theatrical release. "Goldberg & Eisenberg" (2012), "Strangers", "My Father, My Lord", "Tied Hand", Letters to America", "Lavan" (2010), Best Sound Design Award at the St Petersburg film festival.
