One of the most eminent contemporary Czech film directors creating films about nature. He has shot a number of films for Czech Television, ecological charities, Prague Zoo and so on (incl. Birds Don't Bring Death, A Live Picture of a Finer World, About Sousliks and People) and for which he received awards at festivals such as Ekofilm and NaturVision as well as the Annual FITES Prize. Wilder Than Wilderness is his full-length feature film debut.
