Dana Budisavljević (1975), Zagreb-born film director, editor, producer and co-founder of Hulahop. After debuting with the documentary Straight A’s!, which premiered at IDFA 2004, about the first Croatian woman who had admitted to being trafficked into Amsterdam’s Red Light District, Dana turned the camera on herself and her family as she chronicled her own coming out story entitled Family Meals. Her most recent film, docu-fiction The Diary of Diana B. was the winner of the Pula Film Festival 2019 and 20 other awards. It was cinema released in the region with 65 000 big screen viewers. As a producer Dana produced and co-produced a dozen of creative docs and two doc series in partnership with producers from Slovenia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Italy, France, etc.
